Information of COVID-19
Vaccination Certificate of COVID-19 (Vaccination Passport) can be
issued at covenience stores, too
Vaccination Certificate of COVID-19 (Vaccination Passport) can be issued by
applying at the responsible window of Health Center (Hoken Center) or by
postal mail application. Those who have My Number Card and smartphone
can receive above-mentioned certificate by using Vaccination Certificate
Application. From the middle of August, the issuance service is available at
some convenience stores. For the procedures, My Number Card and 120
yen for issuance fee are required. Issuance at convenience store saves you
time to visit the responsible window or to prepare postal mail application.
The service is available from 6:30 am to 11:00 pm including weedend and
holiday. The issuance service is also available at convenience stores in
other municipalities. Since passport information is required for Vaccination
Certificate for overseas use, first time application needs to be done at
responsible window, by postal mail, or by Vaccination Certificate
Applicationin. Issuance at convenience store is available from the second
time application in this case. See City HP or contact Health Center for
details.

Toyokawa city made video series consisting of 7 subjects concerning systems and
rules necessary for daily life so that foreign nationals can live with relief. The
video was made in 7 languages (Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish, English, Chinese,
Vietnamese and Indonesian). Respective video series can be watched on City HP
(Multilingual version). In addition, video introduction cards with QR code which
enables access to the video are available at International and Civic Activity
Division, Civic Affairs Division, respective branch offices, and Toyokawa
International Association. Please take a look.
3.児童福祉各種手当の現況届の提出
Submit the current status, Genkyo Todoke, for child welfare
allowance
Child Rearing Support Division (Kosodate Shien Ka)
Persons who receive the child rearing allowance, the prefectural orphan allowance,
and the municipal orphan allowance, need to submit the current status, Genkyo
Todoke etc. The notification will be sent in the beginning of August and the
application will be accepted until Wednesday, August 31 at Child Rearing Support
Division (Main Bldg. 1F). If you do NOT submit the current status, Genkyo Todoke,
the allowance will NOT be paid from this November.
