Coupon mailing schedule for 3rd vaccination
Coupons are mailed based on the postvaccination period of 6 months after
2nd vaccination, and coupon mailing schedule for May is as follows.
Eligibility: Person registered on Basic Resident Register of Toyokawa city
aged 12 years and older
Mailing schedule: See Toyokawa Newsletter on City HP or that of paper
version for details.
Others: Person who had taken second vaccination in another municipality
and moved in Toyokawa city needs to take necessary procedures. Those
who wish to take vaccination are asked to contact Toykawa City Novel
Corona Vaccine Call Center.

Child Rearing Allowance、Jido Fuyo Teate, will be paid
Child Rearing Support Division
Child Rearing Allowance, Jido Fuyo Teate, will be transferred to the designated
bank account on Wednesday, May 11, 2022. The payment of this time is for 2
months (March and April). The payment is NOT announced individually. Please
check it with your bankbook etc.

Application for residence subsidy in Toyokawa (Machinaka Kyoju
Hojokin)
Urban Development Division
Eligibility: Person who purchased a house on January 2, 2017 or later in the
area designated by Toyokawa city and had lived in other municipalities for more
than 5 consecutive years before moving in Toyokawa, or person who owned a
house in the foreseen disaster area in Toyokawa and had lived there until moving
out.
Content of the subsidy: ?Sum which is equivalent to that of property tax (For
3 year’s amount maximum after purchasing the eligible house) ?100,000 yen
subsidy (Only once) for eligible household’s respective person of junior high
school age or younger
Application: By Tuesday, February 28, 2023 (Mails postmarked not later than
this date will be accepted.). Bring or mail application form to Urban Development
Division (North Bldg. 3F). Application form is available at the division (Can be
downloaded from City HP.).
Others: There are requirements. Contact Urban Development Division (Toshi
Keikaku Ka) for details.

film on window glass to prevent scattering by damage
Crisis Management Division
The city offers fixing service of device attached to the furniture for fall-prevention
and sticking film on window glass to prevent scattering by damage in the
occurrence of earthquake.
Eligibility: Persons who live in Toyokawa .
Expense: Free. But the actual expense for the device is required.
Application: Directly apply or mail to the Crisis Management Division (〒442-
8601 Toyokawa Shi, Suwa 1 Chome 1) between May 9 and June 30 (Mails
postmarked not later than this date will be accepted.).
Application form is available at Crisis Management Division (Tyokawa City Bosai
Center 2F), Branch Offices (Only once per year for a household).
Others: Acceptable number of applications is limited. The maximum number of
furniture for device attachment is 3 per household. The size of window glass for
prevention film is up to 4 ? (Excluding windows of multi-layer glass). In the
case of rental housing, the agreement from the landlord is required.
