Information of COVID-19 Toyokawa City Novel Corona Vaccine Call Center Hour: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Including weekend and holiday)
From May, the city will start accepting reservation partially for vaccination
against COVID-19. Here is some information of reservation method etc. for
vaccination.
1. Reservation method for vaccination
Coupons for vaccination are first mailed to persons aged 65 and older, and
sequentially to other persons. Then reservation is accepted. Vaccination
consists of 2 kinds. “Individual Vaccination” which is conducted at
registered medical institutions and “Group Vaccination” which is conducted
at Shimin Plaza (Prio ? 4F). When you receive a coupon and wish to take
vaccination, please choose vaccination method and make a reservation.
When to mail coupons to other persons is informed on city HP and
Toyokawa Newsletter etc. as soon as it is determined.
■Individividual Vaccination
Place: Registered medical institutions Start of reservation: May 10 (Mon.)
Reservation method: ?Choose a medical institution on the list which is
enclosed with coupon. ?Contact respective medical institutions by phone.
Some medical institutions accept reservations on their HP.
■Group Vaccination
Place: Shimin Plaza (Prio ? 4F) Start of reservation: June 1 (Tue.)
Reservation method: Contact Novel Corona Vaccine Call Center by
phone. Reservation is acceptable on city HP as well. About days and hours
of vaccination, please see the leaflet which is enclosed with coupon.
2. Precautions after taking vaccination
■After taking vaccination, you are requested to stay at the vaccination venue
for more than 15 minutes (For person with severe allergic history including
anaphylactic shock, feeling bad or becoming unconscious in the past, should
stay over 30 minutes). If you notice any negative physical condition, tell the
doctor immediately.
■Please keep the injected part clean and do not rub it. Taking a bath on the
day is all right.
■Refrain from doing hard exercise for rest of the day.

Celebration allowance to child who has first birthday
Child Rearing Support Division
For the purpose of supporting persons who raise child in Toyokawa, 30,000 yen
is given to a child who becomes 1 year old.
Eligibility: Person who raises child who was born on April 1, 2020 or later with
registration on Basic Resident Register of Toyokawa on the 1st of child’s 1-year-
old birthday month
Application: Application form is mailed to eligible persons by the end of the child’s
birthday month. Fill out the form and bring directly or mail it to Child Rearing
Support Division (Main Bldg. 1F) with a copy of ID such as Residence Card etc.
by 20th of the following month (Application must reach by this date.). The
allowance is transferred to the designated bank account at the end of the
following month of the child’s birthday month.
※Application forms are mailed by the end of July to persons whose child was
born between April and July in 2020
3. 児童扶養手当を支払います
Child Rearing Allowance、JIDO FUYO TEATE, will be paid
Child Rearing Support Division
Child Rearing Allowance, JIDO FUYO TEATE, will be transferred to the designated
bank account on May 11 (Tue.), 2021. The payment of this time is for 2 months
(March and April). The payment is NOT announced individually. Please check it
with your bankbook etc.
