Eligibility: Child who was born between April 2, 2014 and April 1, 2015 without
vaccination since April 1, 2020
Fee: Free of charge
Application: Call the commissioned medical facilities written on City HP. In case
of taking vaccination at medical facilities in other municipalities, application in
advance at Toyokawa Health Center (Toyokawa Hoken Center) is necessary.
Please come directly to Toyokawa Health Center in advance with maternity
passbook.
Others: Charge will occur after March 31 (Wed.), 2021.

High Cost Long-Term Care Unitary Medical Care Benefit
Insurance and Pension Division (National Health Insurance)
Elder Care and Nursing Division (Nursing Insurance)
Application acceptance starts for High Cost Long-Term Care Unitary Medical Care
Benefit. This benefit is to reimburse the excess of unitary annual cost of Medical
Insurance and Long-Term Care Insurance.
This time, the payment is for the period of August,2019 to July, 2020.
The notification is sent to the eligible person (For persons insured by National
Health Insurance, in the end of February 2021, and for persons insured by the
Late-stage Medical Care System for Elderly, in the end of March 2021.).
There may be cases that notification cannot be sent to the person who changed
status of Medical Insurance, number of household members etc. during the
period. For persons who join other medical insurance than National Health
Insurance and the Late-stage Medical Care System for Elderly, please contact
respective medical insurance organization.

influence of COVID-19 is accepted until March 1 (Mon.), 2021. Those who have
not applied yet, please do application at your earliest convenience. For further
information such as eligibility and application method, please contact Child
Rearing Support Division.

When you buy a car or sell your car, scrap your car, change your address and so
on, you need to renew the vehicle inspection certificate (Shaken).
March is the month of the end of a fiscal year when the window of registration
and inspection is very busy.
To avoid congestion, you are advised to do procedures at your earliest
convenience. Car inspection is available a month before its validated date.
