For the prevention of COVID-19 infection, hypochlorus acid solution (disinfectant) is offered for free.
When: Till Friday, June 12 (Saturday, June 6, Sunday June 7 as well)
10:00 am to 12:00 am, 1 pm to 3pm
Place: Health Center (Hoken Center)
Ichinomiya branch office, Otowa branch office, Mito Welfare and Health Center, Kozakai Cultural Center are on weekdays till Friday, June 12
(Mondays which is closure for Kozakai Cultural Center and Mito Welfare and Health Center but for this service is available on Mondays during the service period).
Things to bring: 500 ml per person. Please bring some container such as plastic
bottles for takeout. It is requested that the container is shady to avoid light. Plastic bottle wrapped with aluminum foil is acceptable.
Others: If you come to the venue in the morning, it might be congestion.
We provide sufficient amount of the hypochlorus acid solution (disinfectant), so please cooperate to avoid congestion. Please have a mask on your face when visit the venue.
When the period of distribution changes subject to the situation of Coronavirus spreading, the city announce the change thru Toyokawa City HP.
6. 個人市県民税の納税通知書の発送
Notification of Resident Tax
Municipal Tax Division
Notification of Resident Tax is sent in the middle of June. In case of special collection deducted from income, the notification is sent in the middle of May.
Please receive the notification from your work place.
Overview of normal collection term: First term・Whole term by Tuesday, June 30,
Second term by Wednesday, September 30, Third term by Monday, December 28, Fourth term by Monday, March 1, 2021.

Educational Counselling in Toyokawa, for Preschool Child having Developmental problem

For pre-fresh children who have or might have a developmental problem and for
its parents, Toyokawa city provides educational counselling to enter school in April, 2021.
The counsellor has a sufficient experience of the field of education. If you have any concerns, contact the School Education Division.

Aichi Pref. Board of Education provides educational counselling for the children age over 3 years old who has development problem. The advices are how to support those children.
When: Monday, July 27 and Tuesday, July 28 from 10:00 am to 12:35 pm, 1:45 pm to 3:25 pm
Where: HIGASHIMIKAWA PREFECTURAL OFFICE, Hachoudouri, Toyohashi
Fee: Free

For children who might have disability and its parents, trial enrollments at special school will be conducted.
The children are prospective enrollees of elementary school, junior high school, or Sr. high school.
Besides, the children and its parents may ask for the trial enrollment at any time except the date below.
