For those who are under the influence of COVID-19
■Fixed-Sum Cash Benefit Program

Eligibility: Those who are registered with Basic Resident Registration System as of April 27, 2020
Payment sum: 100,000 yen per person
Application: Householder is asked to apply by following way.
1. Application by post mail: By Tuesday, August 25 (Mail with postmark not later
2. than this date will be accepted). Please fill necessary part of the application
3. form sent at the end of May, add copy of ID document such as driver’s license and medical insurance card and copy of bank book or cash card to the
4. application form, and mail them in attached return envelope.
5. Online Application: It will be accepted on online service “MynaPortal” till
6. Tuesday, August 25. For the application, My Number Card is required.
Others: There have been fraud by offering “to help” concerning this payment.
The City Hall or Ministry of Public Management NEVER ask you to use ATM nor
require the fee for money transfer. If you receive suspicious phone call, please contact Consumer’s Hotline (dial 188)
■Aid Money for Cooperation to Counter Measure to COVID-19 by Aichi
Prefecture and Toyokawa city
Contact: Commerce, Industry and Tourism Division
For the medium-small sized enterprises which cooperate to the prefectural request by temporary business halt or doing short hour operation, Aid Money is
paid.
Eligibility and payment sum: Based on “Aichi prefectural Emergency Measure” to COVID-19, to those who are halting business operation or doing shorter operation
hour, 500,000 yen or 250,000 yen per business operator is paid.
Relevant organizations are medium-small sized enterprises, small business
operators, individual business operators, special nonprofit corporation, social welfare corporation. For further information about closure period or applied
facilities, please notify.
Application: By Tuesday June, 30 (Mail with postmark not later than this date will be accepted).
Please attach copy of necessary document to the application and come to Commerce, Industry and Tourism Division, Aid Money Desk directly.
(Disaster Prevention Center 1 Floor)(reception hour:9 am to 4:30 pm).
The application can be mailed by post (〒442-8601 Suwa 1 chome 1).

Necessary documents: Latest final income tax return, business license,
photos of interior and exterior view of the venue, ID document (sole proprietor),
documentation which certify the fact of business operation halt or shorter hour
operation(HP site, leaflet), and something which indicates the bank account for
money transfer(bankbook, cash card).
Others: Upon prefectural request, applied facilities and closure period are subject to change.

The payment of child allowance in June will be transferred into the designated
bank account on Friday, June 5.
The payment of this month is for February to May. The notification will not be
sent individually.
Please check the allowance with your bankbook.
3. 児童手当の現況届は6月中に

Child Rearing Support Division
The form of current status for child allowance will be sent to you at the
beginning of June. Please complete and submit it by Tuesday, June 30.
If you do not submit by the due date, your child allowance will be suspended.
4. 市遺児の育成をはかる手当を支払います
Allowance for rearing orphans
Child Rearing Support Division
The allowance will be transferred to the designated bank account on Monday,
June 15. The two months allowance (from May to June), will be paid this time.
The payment is NOT notified individually. Confirm it with your bankbook.
