7. 清掃の日にご協力を
Cleaning Day
Waste Management Division
Toyokawa city conducts the Cleaning Day, called TOYOKAWA SEISO NO HI, twice a year.
On the day, people clean up streets, parks and rivers in the neighborhood. They also collect empty cans, bottles, and trash.
Please remind yourself that Sunday, May 19, will be the first cleaning day of this year.

8. 特別支援学校説明会
School briefing session for students who need special support,
TOKUBETSU SHIEN GAKKO
School Education Division
School briefing session will be held for new students (enroll to Elementary School,
Jr. High School or Sr. High School in 2020) who (disabled) need special support and its parents as follows.
For application, please call at 88-8033. Except the school briefing session, day consultation is available at any time of office hours.
Date, time & eligibility are as follows.
For prospective Sr. high school students and its parents: Wednesday, June 5 and Tuesday, May 11 from 9:30 am
For the parents of prospective Jr. high school students: Friday, June 14 from 9:40 am
For the parents of prospective elementary school students: Thursday, June 13 from 9:20 am

Eligibility: Prospective high school students and its parents
Application: Directly apply to each Junior high school.
9. 地域巡回健診
Regional Physical checkup

Physical checkup tour
・Person aged between 15 and 39 who has no chance of medical check-up at school/work place.
・Insured person of the National Health Insurance or the late-stage medical care system for the elderly who have a medical coupon.
・Person who require to have only tuberculosis or lung cancer screening must be aged 15 and over.
Items to examine:
Medical consultation, blood pressure, physical examination, urine and blood examination, tuberculosis examination and Lung cancer screening.
(Thoracic X-ray examination. Sputum examination may be conducted when necessary).
Fee for medical examination: Free of charge, but 500 yen is required for the sputum examination later date.
Application: At the venue on that day during the designated application time.
Other: The capacity for each designated place is maximum 80 people.
