Support Benefit for Household imposed with Resident Tax (Only with per
capita rate) (100,000 yen)
Call Center of Toyokawa City Support Benefit for Household Exempted with
Resident Tax
For support to reduce the burden caused by rising prices of things, benefit is
provided.
Eligibility: Household with Basic Resident Register of Toyokawa city as of
December 1, 2023 and meets either of the followings Household whose
members are all imposed with resident tax (only with per capita rate) of the fiscal
year 2023 Household consisting of person imposed with resident tax (only with
per capita rate) and person exempted with resident tax (per capita rate) of the
fiscal year 2023
Sum of the payment: 100,000 yen per household
Application: Until May 31 (Fri.) (Postmark on this date is valid.). Write necessary
items in payment requirement confirmation form regarding Support Benefit for
Household imposed with Resident Tax (Only with per capita rate) which is
scheduled to be sent in the end of March, and send it back in enclosed envelope.
There is examination after application.

Application for Municipal Housing, Shiei Jutaku
Building Division (Kenchiku Ka)
Expected day of move-in: July 1 (Mon.), 2024
Eligible applicants: Persons who fulfill the following conditions.
1) Persons who live or work in Toyokawa.
2) Persons who live or are planning to live together with their family in Toyokawa.
3) Persons who are obviously facing financial difficulties to search for a house.
4) Persons who meet the income requirement.
5) Persons who do not belong to any crime syndicates, so-called Boryokudan.
6) For 3DK housing, the residents have to be a family of 2 persons or more (Also
available for single person in some cases.)
7) For 4DK housing, the residents have to be a family of 4 persons or more.
8) For Welfare Quota, aged household, household with a disabled person, single
parent household, child-rearing household and so on.
Application: From April 1 to April 15, 2024
Bring the designated application form to the Building Division directly (North Bldg.
4F). The application form is available at the Building Division (It can be
downloaded from city website.).
Lottery: April 23 (Tue.), 2024 from 10:00 am at No.34 meeting room (Main
Bldg. 3F).
Others: 1 guarantor and the deposit of 3-month rent are required at the time of
contract.

Call Center of Toyokawa City Support Benefit for Household Exempted with
Resident Tax
From the end of February onward, confirmation forms or application forms have
been sent to persons with possibility to be eligible for additional payment of
Support Benefit for Household Exempted with Resident Tax (70,000 yen).
Application deadline is May 10 (Fri.). If you have not applied yet, please take
