Information of COVID-19
About Group Vaccination
Group Vaccination for person aged 12 or older, infant, and baby is
implemented. Those who wish to take vaccination are asked to prepare
coupon at hand and make a reservation. For details, see City HP.
■Person aged 12 or older
Venue: Shimin Plaza (Prio ? 4F)
・Vaccination with conventional vaccine is implemented for person who has
not taken 1st/2nd vaccination
・Booster vaccination (3rd-5th) for variant Omicron is implemented. About
Individual Vaccination, directly contact respective medical institutions for
reservation.
■Infant and baby
Venue: Health Center (Hoken Center)
・1st/2nd vaccination and 3rd vaccination (Booster vaccination) are
implemented for infant aged 5-11.
・Vaccination for baby aged 6 months-4 years is implemented. Apply for
mailing coupon by following instructions written on the information postcard
which is sent to eligible person. As soon as coupon is delivered, make a
reservation for vaccination.

2. 全国共通おこめ券を受け取っていない方へ
To those who have not received Nationwide Rice Ticket (Zenkoku Kyotsu
Okome Ken)
City Policy and Planning Division (Kikaku Seisaku Ka)
From December 1 (Thu.), 2022, Rice Tickets (Okome Ken) were distributed to
the eligible persons (with Basic Resident Register of Toyokawa city at the point
of August 1, 2022, whose registration continued until October 31, 2022). To those
who have not received Rice Tickets due to “passing 1 week of the postal mail
keeping period for person was not present at the time of delivery”, notification
postcards are sent from February 1 (Wed.). If you wish to receive Rice Tickets,
come directly to the pickup location with ID and the notification postcard during
the period. Please note that Rice Tickets cannot be handed after the period.
Period: Until March 10 (Fri.)

Information Policy Division (Joho Seisaku Ka)
From February 6 (Mon.), procedures for “report of moving-out / reservation of
moving-in” can be taken by using Mynaportal (Pittari Service) of Digital Agency.
Website application for procedures of childrearing or long-term care insurance
also start sequentially. Some procedures require My Number Card and
smartphone (In case of PC, a card reader) to confirm applicant’s ID on website
by scanning its My Number Card. For details such as application method for
respective procedures, see HP of Mynaportal (Pittari Service). About things
concerning My Number Card, contact Civic Affairs Division (Shimin Ka). For other
procedures, afore-mentioned service starts sequentially. There will be further
notice on City HP etc. as soon as things such as starting date are determined.
