Eligible applicants: Persons who fulfill the following conditions.
1) Persons who work or live in Toyokawa.
2) Persons who live or are planning to live together with its family in Toyokawa.
3) Persons who are facing financial difficulties to search for a house.
4) Persons who meet the income requirement.
5) Persons who have no overdue taxes, including installment payment of tax.
6) Persons who do not belong to any crime syndicates, so-called BORYOKUDAN.
7) For 2DK housing, the residents have to be a single person or a family of 3 persons or less.
8) For 3DK housing, the residents have to be a family of 2 persons or more. (Some housing are available for a single person)
9) For 4DK housing, the residents have to be a family of 4 persons or more.
10) For Welfare Quota, aged household, household with a disabled person, single parent household, child-rearing household and so on.
Application: January 6 to January 20, 2020
Bring the designated application to the Building Division directly. The application form is available at the Building Division (4th Fl. North Bldg). You can also download from the City website.
Lottery: January 28 (Tue.), 2020 from 10:00am at No. 34 meeting room (3rd. Fl. Main Bldg).
Others: 2 guarantors and the deposit of 3-month rent are required. Noguchi, Higashi-Suyahara,Hirao and Chigiri Shiei-Jyutaku are recruiting all year around.

Light vehicle tax to motorcycle and light vehicle (Kei Car)

Light vehicle tax will be imposed to persons who own a motor bike and a light vehicle, kei car, as of April 1.
Even though you no longer own a car physically due to a transfer in ownership, the scrapping of your car, light vehicle tax will be imposed.
You have to officially report any changes of ownership by the end of March.
March is the highest season for filing taxes, so we recommend that you report it at your earliest convenience.
Note: To change the ownership, registration offices differ depending on the type of vehicles.

3.国民健康保険料の納め忘れはありませんか
Have you completed National Health Insurance premium payment?
Insurance and Pension Division Phone:
National health insurance covers the most part of medical expenses and collected premium is the vital monetary resource for it.
This health insurance system is based on cooperative relationship among the member.
It is unfair to keep overdue premium payment for other payers and too much overdue payment makes the cause of difficulties to continue the system.
Please pay the insurance premium by the due date.
For insurance premium payment, account transfer is available. When you apply bank account transfer, bring your insurance premium bill or receipt, bankbook and INKAN to the financial institution.
The application is accepted at any financial institutions in Toyokawa.
4.小学校就学通知・入学説明会
School Attendance Notification and Enrollment Seminar for new Elementary School Students

School Attendance Notification:
The Notification will be mailed to the parents of a new student in January who will enroll to the elementary school in April of 2020.
Fill in the notification and submit it directly to the school where your child will go to by February 28 (Fri.), 2020.
In the case of moving or change the elementary school, please inform it to the School Education Division in advance.
The division will issue the new notification, therefore when you complete the transaction of the change of address, please visit Child Rearing Support Division or the School Education Division.
Enrollment seminar for new students:
The enrollment seminar will be held at each elementary school on February 6 (Thu.), 2020 in the afternoon. The detail will be mailed to you by the end of January.
