This time of the payment is for 2 months (November and December).
The payment is NOT notified individually. Please check it with your bankbook.

Tentative application for entering a Nursery School

For people who will be back to work from maternity leave or childcare leave in the FY2020 and whose child is aged under 3 years as of April 1, 2020,
tentative May application for enroll to a nursery school (Hoiku-en)
and certified Kodomo-en (only the certified Kodomo-en for nursery) is available from February 3 (Mon.). Applicants should visit the Child Division directly (1st Fl. Main Bldg.)

Additional regional medical checkup

Date: January 20 (Mon.) and 25 (Sat.)
Reception time: 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. for the 25th )
Place: Health center
Eligibility: Person aged between 15 and 39 who has no chance of medical check-up at school or work place and the person should be covered by National Health Insurance Premium
and the Latter-stage Medical Care Premium, and has medical check-up tickets issued by Toyokawa City.
Contents of Medical Check-up: Blood pressure, Physical check-up, Urine test, Blood test,
Medical exam. For tuberculosis and lung cancer (Chest X-ray, expectoration check-up).
Fee: Free of charge (500 yen for expectoration check-up)
Application: at the Health Center within the reception time on the day
Other: In the case of more than 80 applicants, some persons may not be able to have the checkup.

Please cooperate on procedure for registration renewal
The Library set expiration date of the user’s card for three years in order to manage appropriate record on the information of user registration.
The user will be notified at the counter if the user’s card is subject to renewal.
When renewing registration at the counter, please show the officer your identification card (ID) such as driver license.

10.国民年金保険料の納付は口座振替のご利用を
Bank account transfer is available for the National Pension Premium payments
Insurance and Pension Division Phone
If you pay the National Pension Premiums by bank account transfer in advance, you can get more discount than paying by cash.
If you will pay by the bank account transfer from 2020 fiscal year, you need to apply it by February 28 (Fri.), 2020.
For application, bring the notification of National Pension Premium bill, Bank Book and INKAN to the financial instituion.
11.日本語能力試験の受験費を補助します
Financial aid is available for Japanese Language Proficiency Test (J.P.L.T) fee
International and Civic Activity Division. Phone:
Financial aid for J.P.L.T fee is partially available for the person who took the exam on Sunday, December 1, 2019.
Eligibility: Elementary school student or junior high school student and his/her family members.
Or the student who is registered with Kogitsune Classroom and his/her family members whose native language is not Japanese.
Amount of subsidy: 3,000 will be granted for the person who took the
test.
Procedure: Come and see International and Civic Activity Division with
the following things after receiving the test result.
Requirement: (1) Official letter of test result
(2) Resident card
(3) Bank account
(4) Seal-imprint (inkan)
Note: If one of these requirements is missing, you cannot get the subsidy.
Others: The financial aid will end as soon as the budget runs out.
