Manpower support for agriculture, NOGYO JINZAI BANK
Agricultural Affairs Division
Toyokawa City has set up a manpower support system, called NOGYO JINZAI BANK, to connect persons who want to work in agricultural field and farmers who need manpower.
If you are interested in agriculture or need manpower, register with the NOGYO JINZAI BANK.
Eligibility: Persons who aged 20 or over, and live or work in Toyokawa.
Application: Submit the application form to the Agricultural Affairs Division. Application form is available at the Agricultural Affairs Division.

6. 全国一斉情報伝達訓練
Nationwide emergency information transmission drill
Disaster Prevention Division
Nationwide emergency information transmission drill will be conducted using nationwide warning system, so called J-Alert.
When: Wednesday, February 20, around 11:00 am.
Test broadcasting will be announced using outdoor speakers and home receivers.
7. 市民小菜園の利用者を募集
Municipal vegetable garden for rent
Agricultural Affairs Division
Eligibility: The following conditions are required.
1) Persons who live in Toyokawa and not work in agricultural field.
2) Persons who can manage the vegetable garden.
3) Persons who have no overdue taxes such as municipal tax, prefectural tax and so on.
Available period: April 1, 2019 ? March 31, 2020
Application: Directly apply or call the Agricultural Affairs Division by Friday, February 15.
In the case of many applicants, the lottery will be conducted.

Sanzogo, 3 plats, 20m2/plat, Yen7,000/year

8. 住民票などの証明書がコンビニ交付
Issuing of documents such as Copy of the Resident Record and some other documents are available at Convenience Stores

Issuing copy of the resident record, and other certificates are now available at convenience store all over Japan..
Available time: Everydays 6:30am ? 11:00 pm (Except Year-ending and New Year holidays, and Maintenance days)
The person who wants to use this service should have Individual Number Card containing IC Chip and ID Photographs, and should be a resident of Toyokawa.
9. 児童手当を支払います
Child allowance, JIDO TEATE, will be paid
Child Rearing Support Division
Child allowance, JIDO TEATE, will be paid to your designated bank account on Thursday, February 7.
This time, four month payment, from October to January, will be paid through a bank transfer.
The payment is NOT notified individually. Confirm it with your bankbook.
10. 一般不妊治療費の助成申請
Subsidy application for general fertility treatment
Health Center, HOKEN CENTER
Application Deadline: By Friday, March 29, 2019
Detail:
Toyokawa City supports a part of the expenses for general fertility treatment.
The treatment period is from March 1, 2019 to February 28, 2019.
General fertility treatment:
Such as hormone therapy, artificial insemination.
External fertilization and micro fertilization are excluded.
Eligibility:
1) Married couple who are taking fertility treatment and either of them is a resident in Toyokawa.
2) The total annual income of the couple is less than Yen7,300,000.
3) Both of the couple are covered by social health insurance or national health insurance.
Amount of subsidy: The half of the expenses. The maximum amount is Yen50,000.
Others: If your treatment has been conducting several years, the subsidy is only covers for 2 years.
