Application for Municipal Housing, Shiei Jutaku
Building Division (Kenchiku Ka)
Expected day of move-in: October 1 (Sun.), 2023
Eligible applicants: Persons who fulfill the following conditions.
1) Persons who work or live in Toyokawa.
2) Persons who live or are planning to live together with its family in Toyokawa.
3) Persons who are obviously facing financial difficulties to search for a house.
4) Persons who meet the income requirement.
5) Persons who do not belong to any crime syndicates, so-called Boryokudan.
6) For 3DK housing, the residents have to be a family of 2 persons or more (Also
7) available for single person in some cases.)
8) For 4DK housing, the residents have to be a family of 4 persons or more.
Application: From July 3 to July 18, 2023
Bring application form to the Building Division directly (North Bldg. 4F).
Application form is available at the Building Division (It can be downloaded
from City HP, too).
Lottery: July 21 (Fri.), 2023 from 10:00 am at No.34 meeting room (Main Bldg.
3F).
Others: 1 guarantor and the deposit of 3-month rent are required at the time of
contract.

5.児童扶養手当を支払います
Child Rearing Allowance, Jido Fuyo Teate, will be paid
Child Rearing Support Division (Kosodate Shien Ka)
Child Rearing Allowance, Jido Fuyo Teate, will be transferred to the designated
bank account on July 11 (Tue.), 2023. The payment of this time is for 2 months
(May and June). The payment is NOT notified individually. Please check it with
your bankbook etc.
6.国民健康保険料の軽減・減免制度
Reduction of the National Health Insurance Premium
Insurance and Pension Division (Hoken Nenkin Ka)
For household with its total annual income is less than the certain level, the
national health insurance premium is reduced. For the judgement of reduction,
filing income-tax return or filing municipal and prefectural tax (resident tax) is
required.
■Reduction System (Keigen Seido) (Application is not necessary.)
Insurance premium (Per capita rate・Equality rate) will be reduced to 20%, 50%
or 70% of the original sum based on the income. Premium (Per capita rate) for
preschool child will be reduced to 50% of the original sum (In case that reduction
has already taken place, 50% of the reduced sum).
■Additional Reduction System (Genmen Seido) (Application is not
necessary.)
For household with 70% reduction and household whose total sum of its income
is the regulated level or less, 10% reduction can be applied.
7.国民年金保険料の免除
Exemption of National Pension Premium
Insurance and Pension Division (Hoken Nenkin Ka)
Acceptance of application starts from July 3 (Mon.) for the exemption of National
Pension Premium. For this exemption, previous year’s income of the applicant,
its partner, and householder is examined. Bring documents which indicate
pension number (Pension handbook Nenkin Techo etc.) to the Insurance and
Pension Division (Main Bldg. 1F) or Branch Offices and apply.
Person who left its job on and after December 31, 2021 needs to bring leave-
notice for the payment of employment insurance benefits (Koyou Hoken
Hihokensha Rishoku Hyo), notification of the recipient qualification of
employment insurance (Koyou Hoken Jukyu Shikaku Tsuchi), or the recipient
qualification of employment insurance (Koyou Hoken Jukyu Shikakusha Shou) to
apply.
