Information of booster vaccination for COVID-19

※Aside from Japanese, corresponding languages are Chinese (Thursday),
and Portuguese (Wednesday and Friday).
Vaccination period: Until August 31 (Thu.)
Venue: Individual Vaccination: At medical institutions in Toyokawa city /
Group Vaccination: At Shimin Plaza (Prio? 4F), Health Center (Hoken
Center)
Eligibility: Any of the following persons who have completed 1st/2nd
vaccination ?Child (5-11years old) ?Person aged 65 or older ?Person
aged 12-64 with underlying disease ?Medical personnel or personnel of
sinior citizen’s facilities etc.
Eligible vaccination tickets: Vaccination tickets (cream color) which were
sent to the eligible persons in the end of April and after (Vaccination
tickets (white color) are usable only in case of child.)
※ For those who have never taken vaccination, it is available until March
2024. In case of wishing to take vaccination, contact Toyokawa City Novel
Corona Vaccine Call Center.
2.災害時多言語通訳サービス
Multilingual interpretation service in times of disaster
In Toyokawa city, “Multilingual interpretation service in times of disaster” starts
to support foreign nationals by telephonic interpretation for communication in
case of disaster occurrence so that residents of other nationalities etc. can get
information concerning disaster at evacuation sites and responsible counters.
By this service, multilingual consultation is available so that people can consult
with relief in times of disaster. Starting date of the service is July 1 (Sat.) and
there are 21 corresponding languages (Portuguese, Spanish, Vietnamese,
Chinese, English, and so on). For details such as how to use the service etc.,
confirm City HP.
3.住民税非課税世帯支援給付金
Support Benefit for Resident Tax Exempted Household
Toyokawa City Support Benefit for Resident Tax Exempted Household Call Center
Benefit is paid to resident tax exempted household under the influence of rising
prices of things.
Eligibility: Household which is registered on Basic Resident Register of Toyokawa
city as of June 1, 2023, and all the household members are exempted with
resident tax (Per capita rate) in the fiscal year 2023
Sum of payment: 30,000 yen per household
Application: By September 29 (Fri.) (Postmark on this date is valid.).
Requirement confirmation form of Support Benefit for Resident Tax Exempted
Household will be sent in the middle of July. Fill in necessary items and send it
back in the enclosed return envelope. There will be an examination after
application.
Payment period: About 1 month after the day when the city receives the
confirmation form.
