Emergency Support Benefits for Soaring Prices of Electricity, Gas, Food,
etc.
Toyokawa City Emergency Support Benefit Call Center
Benefit is paid to resident tax exempted household etc. whose finance receives
much influence from rising price of electricity, gas, and food etc.
Eligibility: household which meets any of the followings ?Has Basic Resident
Register of Toyokawa city as of September 30, 2022 and all the household
members are exempted with resident tax (Equality rate) of fiscal year 2022
(Except household which consists of only dependents of resident tax imposed
person) ?Has Basic Resident Register of Toyokawa city at the point of
application whose finance has drastic change from January to December, 2022,
regarded as same situation of ?
Sum of the benefit: 50,000 yen per household
Application: Household ? is asked to fill in the confirmation document which
is scheduled to be mailed in the middle of November, and return it in enclosed
envelope. Household ? needs to apply. Contact Call Center for application
method. For both household ? and ?, there is examination after application.

Stomach cancer (Barium), 42 years and older (Even number age)
Colorectal cancer, 40 years and older
Breast cancer (Mammography), 40 years and older (Even number age/ women)
Cervical cancer, 20 years and older (Even number age / women)
Prostate cancer, Between 50 and 70 years old (Even number age / men)
Osteoporosis, 30 years and older
Eligibility: Person living in Toyokawa who is in the eligible age as of April 1, 2023
(Except person who has opportunity to take medical checkup at work etc.)
Fee: Free of charge
Application: First come-first served basis, from Thursday, November 3.
Reservations are accepted on website reservation service. Reservation by phone
is also available from Friday, November 4 (Tel: ).
Others: For those who apply, detailed notification will be mailed later. Persons
with free coupon ticket for breast cancer / cervical cancer screening (sent at the
end of June) can take screening regardless of age. Afternoon screening is
available only for women.

Save women from violence
Human rights, Crime-Prevention and Public Transportation Division

Human rights campaign to save women from harm will be conducted from
November 12 to November 25. In this gender-equal society, violence to women
from their partners such as DV, sex crime, stalking and so on, is the serious issue
to get over. The city has established “Women’s Concerns Consultation” for women

Payment for exempted terms for National Pension Premium

The old-age basic pension can be increased by paying premium (late payment)
that you had an exemption of National Pension Premium or grace period of levy
or student payment exception. For details such as period, premium or procedures
