“Special Life-support Allowance for Child Rearing Household ”
Child Rearing Support Division (Kosodate Shien Ka)
Special Allowance is paid for child rearing household under the influence caused
by COVID-19.
Eligibility: Household which raises child younger than 18 years old at the point
of March 31, 2022 and meets any of the following conditions.
■Single parent household
?Who is a recipient of Child Rearing Allowance (Jido Fuyo Teate) for April,
2022. ?Who does not receive Child Rearing Allowance (Jido Fuyo Teate) due to
being a recipient of public pension etc. ?Whose latest income has decreased to
the level which is eligible for Child Rearing Allowance (Jido Fuyo Teate) due to
the influence caused by COVID-19.
■Household other than single parent household
?Who is a recipient etc. of Child Allowance (Jido Teate) for April, 2022, and
has exemption of resident tax in the fiscal year 2022. ?Who is a new recipient
etc. of Child Allowance (Jido Teate) from May, 2022 to March, 2023, and has
exemption of resident tax in the fiscal year 2022. ?Who has exemption of
resident tax except for ? or ?. ?Whose income has decreased to the level
which is eligible for resident tax exemption due to the influence caused by
COVID-19.
Sum of payment: 50,000 yen per eligible child
Application: Household ???? need to apply. By Tuesday, February 28, 2023
(Envelope postmarked on this date is acceptable.). Bring directly or send by
post the application form with necessary documents to Child Rearing Support
Division (〒442-8601 Toyokawa Shi, Suwa 1 Chome, 1). Application form is
available at Child Rearing Support Division.
9.ごみ運搬用軽トラックの貸出が1回300円になります
Light truck for garbage transportation will cost 300 yen per use
Waste Management Division (Seiso Jigyo Ka)
From October 1, light truck (Automatic transmission) for transporting domestic
garbage such as bulky garbage requires a fee.
Rental hour: From 9:00 am to noon or from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm (Except
December 31 to January 3)
Eligibility: Person transporting domestic garbage in Toyokawa city to the
facilities designated by the city
Fee: 300 yen for respective time. In case of use for cleaning activities of
neighborhood association (Chonai Kai), special garbage collection (Fureai
Shushu), or use by registered organizations of valuable waste collection business,
it is free of charge.
Application: Apply directly or by phone in advance to Waste Management
Division (North Bldg. 2F).
How to use: Bring driver’s license and 300 yen to Waste Management Division
(North Bldg. 2F) (In case of renting the truck for weekend and holiday,
procedures on weekdays are necessary prior to the day of use.)
Others: In case of canceling the use for weekend and holiday after payment,
reimbursement procedures on weekdays are necessary prior to the day of use
(Without reimbursement procedures in advance, the paid fee is not reimbursed.)
10.国民健康保険料の軽減・減免制度
Reduction and Additional Reduction for the National Health Insurance Premium
Insurance and Pension Division (Hoken Nenkin Ka)
For household with its total annual income is less than the certain level, the
national health insurance premium is reduced. For the judgement of reduction,
filing income-tax return or filing municipal and prefectural tax is required.
■Reduction System (Keigen Seido) (Application is not necessary.)
Insurance premium (Per capita rate・Equality rate) will be reduced to 20%, 50%
or 70% of the original sum. Premium (Per capita rate) for preschool child will be
reduced to 50% of the original sum (In case that reduction has already taken
place, 50% of the reduced sum).
■Additional Reduction System (Genmen Seido) (Application is not
necessary.)
For household with 70% reduction and household whose total sum of its income
is equivalent to the regulated level or less, 10% reduction can be applied.
