Center) is necessary. Please come directly to Toyokawa Health Center in
advance with maternity passbook.
Others: Charge will occur after March 31, 2022.

treatment. The treatment period is from March 1, 2021 to February 28,
2022.
General fertility treatment such as hormone therapy and artificial
insemination etc. External fertilization and micro fertilization are excluded.
Eligibility: Person who meets all the following conditions
1) Married couple who are taking fertility treatment and either of them is a
2) resident in Toyokawa.
3) Both of the couple are covered by social health insurance or national
4) health insurance.
Amount of subsidy: The half of the expenses. The maximum amount is
100,000 yen per fiscal year.
Period of subsidization: In the time frame of 2 years for continuous therapy

Benefit. This benefit is to reimburse the excess of unitary annual cost of

period of August, 2020 to July, 2021. The notification is sent to the eligible
person (For persons insured by National Health Insurance, in the end of
February 2022, and for persons insured by the Late-stage Medical Care
System for the Elderly, in the end of March 2022.). There may be cases
that notification cannot be sent to the person who changed status of
Medical Insurance, number of household members etc. during the period.
