・In case of visiting Toyokawa Municipal Hospital for medical consultation,
make sure to call the hospital in advance and follow the instructions.

・Except emergency, please try to come to the hospital during weekday’s
consultation hours.
・If this is your first visit to the hospital without a referral letter from
another medical institution, 5,500 yen is charged as “Additional Fee for a

medical expense.
