School Attendance Notification and Enrollment Seminar for new Elementary School Students
School Education Division
School Attendance Notification (Syugaku Tsuchi Sho):
The Notification will be mailed to the guardians of a new student in January who
will enroll in the elementary school in April of 2021.
Fill in the notification and submit it directly to the school which your child will go
to by February 26 (Fri.), 2021.
In the case of moving or change the elementary school, please inform the School
Education Division about it in advance.
The division will issue a new notification, therefore when you complete the
transaction of changing address, please visit Child Rearing Support Division (Main
Bld.1F) or the School Education Division (Otowa Branch Office 3F).
Enrollment seminar for new students (Nyugaku Setsumei Kai):
The enrollment seminar is held at each elementary school on February 4 (Thu.),
2021 in the morning. The detail will be mailed to you by the end of January.

Tentative application for entering a Nursery School (Hoikuen)
Nursery School Administration Division Phone:
For persons who plan to do enrollment in nursery school (Hoikuen) and certified
Kodomoen (Only the certified Kodomoen for nursery) from May for child under 3
years old as of April 1, 2021, tentative enrollment application is accepted from
February 1 (Mon.). Eligible persons are those who will be back to work from
maternity leave or childcare leave in 2021 fiscal year. Applicants should directly
visit the Nursery School Administration Division (Main Bldg. 1F)
8. 国民健康保険料の納め忘れはありませんか
Have you completed National Health Insurance premium payment?
Insurance and Pension Division
National health insurance covers considerable part of medical expenses, and
collected premium is the vital monetary resource for it so that insured persons
can receive assured medication in times of illness and injury.
It is not only unfair to keep overdue premium payment for other payers but also
too much overdue payment can be the cause of functional difficulties of the
system. Please pay the insurance premium by the due date.
For insurance premium payment, bank account transfer is available. The
application is accepted at any financial institutions in Toyokawa. When you apply
for bank account transfer, bring your insurance premium bill or receipt, bankbook
and registered INKAN to the financial institution.
9. 国民年金保険料の納付は口座振替のご利用を
Bank account transfer is available for the National Pension premium payment
Insurance and Pension Division
If you pay the National Pension premium by bank account transfer in advance,
you can get more discount than advance payment with bills (by cash). If you will
pay by bank account transfer from 2021 fiscal year, you need to apply for it by
February 26 (Fri.), 2021. For application, bring the notification of National
Pension premium bill, bankbook and registered INKAN to the financial institution.
