Toyokawa Genki Oenken ‘s utility period
“Toyokawa Genki Oenken” (Toyokawa Vitality Support Ticket) which were
distributed in September in 2020 have utility period until January 31 (Sun.). Persons who have Oenken are reminded of using the tickets within the period.

Application for Municipal Housing, SHIEI JUTAKU
Building Division
Expected day of move-in: April 1 (Thu.), 2021
Eligible applicants: Persons who fulfill the following conditions.
1) Persons who work or live in Toyokawa.
2) Persons who live or are planning to live together with its family in Toyokawa.
3) Persons who are obviously facing financial difficulties to search for a house.
4) Persons who meet the income requirement.
5) Persons who do not belong to any crime syndicates, so-called BORYOKUDAN.
6) For 3DK housing, the residents have to be a family of 2 persons or more.
7) For 4DK housing, the residents have to be a family of 4 persons or more.
8) For Welfare Quota, aged household, household with a disabled person, single
9) parent household, child-rearing household and so on.
Application: January 4 to January 18, 2021
Bring the designated application to the Building Division directly (North Bldg. 4F).
The application form is available at the Building Division (You can also download
from the City HP.).
Lottery: January 26 (Tue.), 2021 from 10:00 am at No. 34 meeting room (Main
Bldg. 3F).
Others: 1 guarantor and the deposit of 3-month rent are required at the time of
contract.
3. 原動機付自転車や軽自動車などをお持ちの方へ
Light vehicle tax to moped (Gentsuki) and light vehicle (Kei Car)
Municipal Tax Division
Light vehicle tax (Type-based Imposition) is imposed on persons who own a
moped and a light vehicle, kei car, as of April 1.
Even though you no longer own a car physically due to ownership transfer etc.,
light vehicle tax will be imposed if necessary procedures are not done for
ownership transfer or vehicle scrapping.
You must officially report any changes of ownership by the end of March.
March is the highest season for filing taxes, so we recommend that you report it
at your earliest convenience.
Note: For changing ownership, registration offices differ depending on the type
of vehicles.
4. 児童扶養手当を支払います
Child Rearing Allowance、JIDO FUYO TEATE, will be paid
Child Rearing Support Division
Childcare Rearing Allowance, JIDO FUYO TEATE, will be transferred to the
designated bank account on January 8 (Fri.), 2021. The payment of this time is
for 2 months (November and December). The payment is NOT announced
individually. Please check it with your bankbook etc.
