Preparation is necessary for Final Tax Return on Internet
Municipal Tax Division
Final Tax Return of Income Tax, Consumption Tax, and Gift Tax can be made and
submitted on “Filing Corner of Final Tax Return etc.” on HP of National Tax Agency.
There are 2 ways of submission which are My Number Card Method and ID・Password Method. Preparation in advance is necessary for both of these methods.

■My Number Card Method
Following things are necessary. My Number Card, IC Card Reader Writer, PC or
smart phone corresponding to My Number Card. For issuance of My Number Card, it takes approximately 1.5 month, so please do the procedure in early stage.
About application for My Number Card issuance, please contact Civic Affairs Division .
■ID・ Password Method
ID・Password issued by tax office is necessary. In case of wishing its issuance,
the person who is applying needs to come with documentation such as driver’s
license for ID confirmation, and do application at tax office. Since reception
counter gets crowded after January, doing the procedure before the end of the
year is recommended.

Payment for exempted terms for National Pension Premiums
Insurance and Pension Division
The old-age basic pension can be increased by paying premium (late payment)
that you had an exemption of National Pension premium or grace period of levy
or student payment exception. The late payment can be made without additional
payment within 10 years from the month which you got an approval of exemption.
However, additional specific amount of payment will be imposed after 3rd year’s
insurance premium. If you want to pay the late payment, go directly to the
Pension Office to get details and apply for it.

Watch-person at GOMI STATIONS, garbage dumps
Waste Management Division
November is the month to enhance garbage separation.
Thanks to a big support of each neighborhood association, watch-persons will be
placed at each GOMI STATION, garbage dump.
Please accurately separate your garbage into burnable, non-burnable, hazardous
garbage and recyclables. Let’s promote garbage reduction and recycling.
