Application for municipal housing, SHIEI-JYUTAKU
Building Division
Date for move-in: Friday, January 1, 2021
Eligibility: Persons who fulfill the following conditions.
1) Persons who work or live in Toyokawa.
2) Persons who live or are planning to live together with their family in Toyokawa.
3) Persons who face difficulty or necessity to search for a house.
4) Persons whose income meet the standard prescribed by ordinance.
5) Persons who do not belong to any crime syndicates, so-called BORYOKUDAN.
6) For 3DK housing, the residents have to be two (2) family members or more.
(Some rooms are available for a single person).
7) For 4DK housing, the residents have to be four (4) family members or more.
8) Within the scope of welfare is for elderly couple, a family with the disabled,
a single mother, a single father, and a family who has children.
Application: By Wednesday, October 14. Fill in the application form and submit
it to the Building Division. The application form is available at the Building Division or you can get it from Toyokawa City HP.
Lottery: At 10:00 am on Thursday, October 22. At the No. 34 meeting room
(3F Main Bldg.) in Toyokawa City Hall.
Other: For the contract, one guarantor and deposit of 3 month rent charge are required.
2.令和3年度児童クラブ入所申込の受付
Acceptance of application for Jido Club of 2021 school year
Child Rearing Support Division phone :
Application for Jido Club, children’s afterschool club from April of 2021 school year is
accepted.
Service hours: Monday to Friday, from after school to 6:00 p m, however, if school is off, the
service hours start from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
The time will be extended until 7:00 pm depending on guardian’s working hours.
Closed days: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays in April and May, Obon Holiday and
the Year-End and New Year holiday.
Eligible children: Elementary school students who go to elementary school in Toyokawa
and whose guardian is not at home to take care of the child during daytime (Excluding
children who go to Ichinomiya Seibu, Mito Nanbu, Kozakai Higashi, and Kozakai Nishi
Elementary School.).
Fees: 7,500 yen/month (13,000 yen in August). 1,000 yen will be added per month, for the
extended hours until 7:00 pm. There is deduction in case of admission with brothers and
sisters.
Application period: From November 9 to 18, during office hours (8:30 am-5:15 pm)
Also on Sunday, November 15, from 9:00 am to noon.
Application: Fill in the designated application form and submit it to Child Rearing Support
Division directly (Main building 1F). Application form is available at Child Rearing Support
Division and each Jido club (It can be downloaded from City HP.).
The students currently participate in Jido club also need to apply for it.
The office hours, closed days, club fees and club’s place might be changed.
Others: Child who is currently a member also needs to apply. There can be some change
with service hours, closed days, and fees etc. For children who are students of Ichinomiya
Seibu, Mito Nanbu, Kozakai Higashi, and Kozakai Nishi Elementary School, please contact
directly respective Jido Clubs which are managed by Guardian’s Association, Hogoshakai.
3.私立高校と私立専修学校高等課程の授業料を補助
Subsidy for the tuition: For a private high school and a private advanced
vocational high school students
School Education Division
Eligible persons:
1) As of October 1, the guardians who live in Toyokawa and pay the tuition for their child who goes to a (full) (part time) private high school or a private advanced vocational high school.
2) As of October 1, working students of a (full) (part time) private high school
, or a private advanced vocational high school, who have a regular job throughout
the year and live in Toyokawa, paying the tuition by him/herself.
Amount of the subsidy: Granted based on the income.
Application: Get the application form at the school and submit it to the school
or the School Education Division (3rd floor, Otowa office) by Monday, November
30. The application form is also available at the School Education Division.
