Fixing device attach to the furniture for fall-prevention
Disaster Prevention Division
The City offers fixing device attach to the furniture for fall-prevention.
Eligibility: Persons who live in Toyokawa and have not done this service in the past.
Expense: Free. But the actual expense for the device is required.
Application: Directly apply to the Disaster Prevention Division or mail between May 11 and June 26.
Application form is available at the Division, City Branch Offices and City of Toyokawa official HP.
Others: The maximum number of device attachment to the furniture per household is 3.
In the case of rental housing, the agreement from the landlord is required.

Child Rearing Support Division
Child rearing allowance called JIDO FUYO TEATE in Japanese, subsidizing single parent families,
will be paid to the designated bank account on Monday, May 11. This time,
the payment of the allowance is for 2 months (March and April). The notice is not informed individually. Please check it with your bankbook.

Urban Development Division
Acceptance of application for residence subsidy call “Machinaka-kyojyu”
Eligibility: Persons who own a house in the designated area by Toyokawa city after 2 January 2017 and who have lived outside the city for more than 5 years before moving
into Toyokawa or move from the area in the Toyokawa Hazard map.
Subsidy Contents:
1.) Property tax equivalent (up to 3 years, depends on the size of land)
2.) Bounty (100,000yen) / under Jr. High school student of the household.
(One time only)
Application: Bring application to Urban Development Division directly by 31 March 2021.You can download application form from HP.
Other:There are requirement. Please check HP for more information

Supporting for My Number Card Application
Civic Affairs Division
Toyokawa city supports application for issuance My number card.
Please bring your Identification Card (ID) (such as Driver License, Residence Card etc.), My Number Notification Card, Photo (can be taken at the counter) to Civic Affairs Division.
We will send you the card by mail. There is no grant fee for first-time applicants.
