We recruit assistant English teacher who can work for elementary and junior high school for April of 2020 employment.
Requirement:
1): Persons whose English is as a mother language, and who is highly motivated for English
education.

Application of Jido Club, children’s afterschool club from April of 2020 school year is now
accepted.
Child Rearing Support Division phone:
Service hours: Monday to Friday, from after school (around 1:00 p.m.) to 6:00 p.m., however, if school is off, the service hours start from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m…
The time will be extended until 7:00 pm dependent on guardian’s working hours.
Closed days: Saturdays, Sundays, from April 29 and 30, May 3 ? 5, Obon Holiday and the year-end and New Year holiday.
Eligible children: Elementary school students who go to elementary school in Toyokawa and whose guardian is not at home to take care of the child during daytime.
Fees: 7,500 yen/month, 13,000 yen in August. 1,000 yen will be added per month, for the extended hours until 7:00 pm.
Application period: From December 4 to 13, during office hours (8:30am-5:15pm)
Also on Sunday, December 8, from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon.
Application: Fill in the designated application form and submit it to Child Rearing Support Division directly.
Application form is available at Child Rearing Support Division and each Jido club.
The students currently participate in Jido club also need to apply for it.
The office hours, closed days, club fees and Club’s place might be changed.

Coming of age ceremony
Lifelong Learning Division Phone:
When: Sunday, January 12.
The reception desk opens at 10:30 am and the ceremony starts at 11:00 am.
Ceremony venue: Main arena of Toyokawa Gymnasium, SOGO TAIIKUKAN.
Eligibility:
Invitation letters will be mailed to the persons who were born between April 2, 1999 and April 1, 2000 and have basic resident registration in Toyokawa as of October 1, 2019.
Persons without the invitation letter are also welcomed to attend the ceremony on the day.
Others:
For cars, the parking lot at Nihon Sharyo, closes at 1:00pm, will be available. But the parking space is limited. Please share a ride as much as possible.
Using public transportation is recommended.
4): 児童扶養手当を支払います
Childcare allowance、JIDO FUYO TEATE, will be paid

Childcare allowance, JIDO FUYO TEATE, will be transferred into the designated bank account on Monday, November 11.
This time of the payment is for 3 months from August to October.
The payment is NOT notified individually. Please check it with your bankbook.

November is the month to promote “Child Abuse Prevention.”
When you suspect that a child is suffering from abuse, do not hesitate to take an action.

6): トヨカワシティーマラソン大会に伴う交通規制
Traffic control due to Toyokawa City Marathon
Sports Division phone:
Toyokawa City Marathon will be held on Sunday, November 17. Due to the marathon, traffic control will be conducted from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon on the day.
Traffic jam will be predicted on Himekaido Road and along Sanagawa River.
