Eligible person: a person who was born on between April 2, 1979 and April 1, 1980. But a person who get a check-up at working place is excluded.
Fee: Free of charge

9.高齢者肺炎球菌定期予防接種
Subsidy of arbitrary vaccination against pneumococcus for elderly.
Health Center, HOKEN CENTER
Eligibility: Persons who live in Toyokawa, age of 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100 and over in FY2019.
The person who has never done vaccination against of pneumococcus.
Vaccination Fee : yen2,000 (A household of tax-exemption is free of charge)
Application:
The City sends a voucher for the vaccination to the eligible person mentioned above.
If you are willing to have the vaccination, please make a reservation and go directly to the designated hospital listed on the enclosed document.

Guidance for 2020 Nursery Schools and Kindergartens admission

Introduction for 2020 nursery schools and kindergartens admission will be held as follows.
Kindergartens:
Kindergartens provide various educational programs depending on the child’s development.
Application guidelines and forms will be distributed from Monday, September 2, and application will start from Tuesday, October 1 at each Kindergartens.
Saimyouji Yochien; Tue. Sep. 10, from 10:30 TEL

Kodomoen:
Toyokawa-Higashi-YOCHIEN and Misono-KODOMOEN are a KODOMOENs which function both kindergarten and nursery school.
Application guidelines and form will be distributed for category (1) from Monday, September 2 and application will start from Tuesday, October 1.
Application guidelines and form will be distributed for category (2)(3) from Wednesday September 11 and application will start (Application period will be announced on the guidance day).
For Misono-KODOMOEN, application guidelines and form will be distributed from Tuesday, September 3, and application will start Tuesday, October 1.

Nursery school, HOIKUEN:
Nursery school is the facility that takes care of children whose parent(s) or guardian(s) is (are) unable to take care of the children due to employment, child birth or other reasons.
The guidance for the admission to Nursery school, HOIKUEN will be held at BUNKA-KAIKAN (near Daida Elementary School) on Thursday, September 5 and Monday, September 9 from this year.
The date and time differ from Jr. High School District as below;
For Tobu, Ichinomiya Jr. High School District Thur. , September 5 From 10:00
For Nanbu, Kozakai Jr. High School District Thur., September 5 From 14:00
For Seibu, Otowa, Mito Jr. high School District Mon, September 9 from 10:00
For Kanaya, Chubu, Daida Jr. High School District Mon, September 9 from 14:00
If you are not able to attend the guidance, the application form is available at each HOIKUEN , Nursery Division of City Hall or
you can download the form from Official HP of Toyokawa City. Application will start from Tue., October 1 until Tues., October 15 at each HOIKUEN.

No Tuition fee for Kindergarten and HOIKUEN from October 2019
Nursery School Administration Division
For a kindergartener, a nursery school child and pupil of KODOMOEN who are at 3 years ? 5 years classes and whose households are tax-exempt will be no tuition fee
(*Lunch and over-time care will be charged). If the child who goes to unauthorized nursery school and qualified to go to nursery school by the city is also applicable (*partially subsidized).
