1.総合防災訓練
General Disaster Prevention Drill
Disaster Prevention Division
Toyokawa city conducts general disaster prevention drill to improve disaster prevention consciousness, knowledge and the skill.
When: Sunday, September 1 From 8:30 am to 11:00 am
Where: The training field of Self Defense Force camp and so on.
Details: First-aid firefighting, emergency aid and providing evacuation place are conducted by individual disaster prevention groups.
Ground self-defense force, police and fire-fighting team also conduct rescue and communication drills.
Others: On the day, the siren sounds through radio telegram when this drill starts and HP will be shifted to single purpose for disaster.
2.本年度の国民健康保険料をお知らせします
National Health Insurance Premium for the 2019 fiscal year
Insurance and Pension Division
The National Health Insurance Premium for the 2019 fiscal year is fixed.
“Notification of National Health Insurance for the 2019 fiscal year” will be posted in the middle of August.
Reduction system for the national health insurance premium, the application is required.
As of April 1 in 2019, the following households can get the reduction for National Health Insurance Premium whose annual income of the household is below Yen1,250,000.
Eligible household:
1. A single parent household rearing a child/ children, aged less than 20 years old.
2. A householder who has Physical Disability Booklet, Intellectual Disability Booklet or Psychiatric Disability Health Welfare Booklet.
Application:
For the household 1, bring “the Notification of National Health Insurance for the 2019 fiscal year” and “Medical Care Certificate for Single Parent” to the Insurance and Pension Division.
For the household 2, bring “the Notification of National Health Insurance for the 2019 fiscal year” and appropriate booklet to the Insurance and Pension Division.
3.児童扶養手当を支払います
Child rearing allowance
Child Rearing Support Division
Child rearing allowance, called JIDO FUYO TEATE in Japanese, will be paid to the designated bank account by bank remittance on Friday, August 9.
This time, the payment of the allowance is for four months, from April to July. The notice will not be informed individually. Please check it with your bank book.
4.児童福祉各種手当の現況届の提出
Submit the current status, GENKYO TODOKE, for child welfare allowance
Child Rearing Support Division
Persons who receive the child rearing allowance for single parent, the prefectural orphan allowance and the municipal orphan allowance, need to submit the current status, GENKYO TODOKE.
The notification will send at the beginning of August and the application will be accepted until Friday, August 30.
If you do NOT submit the current status, GENKYO TODOKE, the allowance will NOT be paid from this November.
