・Renewal the insurance certificate:
The insurance certificate, the green one, will be valid until Wednesday, July 31. The new certificate, the blue one, will be mailed by recorded delivery on the middle of July.
・How to handle the old certificate:
Bring the old insurance certificate to the Insurance and Pension Division, branch offices or the service counter at Prio after August.
Or cut it up and throw it away to prevent the personal information leaking.
・Insurance premium in 2019:
The premium will be calculated individually based on its previous annual income.

Economic support for the expenses for School Education
School Education Division
Toyokawa City supports some expenses for school education for the household rearing elementary school/ junior high school students and facing financial problem.
Support items for the expenses for school education:
Expenses necessary for school education, such as school lunch, school supplies, school-commuting supplies, school trip and so on.
Eligibility: The annual income of the household must meet the standard specified by Board of Education.
Application: Bring applicant’s INKAN and bankbook to Toyokawa Board of Education, Otowa Brunch Office 3F. For the continuator, apply at the school that its child goes to.
Notice: For the person who moved into Toyokawa this year, the income certificate from the previous residence is required.
It’s including all the residents who are 20 years of age and older.

Allowance for bringing up orphans
Child Rearing Support Division
The allowance for bringing up orphans will be paid into the designated bank account on Friday, July 12.
The 4 months’ allowance, from April to July, will be paid this time.
It will not be notified individually, please check it with your bankbook.
国民健康保険高齢受給者証の更新
Renewal for Recipient Certification of National Health Insurance for Elderly
Insurance and Pension Division
Toyokawa City issues the recipient certification of national health insurance for elderly for persons aged between 70 and 75.
The certification is renewed on August 1 every year. A new certification, cream one, will be mailed in the end of July.
When you go to a medical facility, please show it with your national health insurance certification.
For an old recipient certification, white one, bring it to a municipal office or cut it up for not to leak the personal information.

Lottery: At 10:00 am on Tuesday, July 23. At the No. 34 meeting room in the
main building at Toyokawa City Hall
Application: Fill in the application form and submit it to the Building Division.
