Light vehicle tax to motorcycle and light vehicle, kei car
Municipal Tax Division
Light vehicle tax will be imposed to persons who own a motor bike and a light vehicle, kei car, as of April 1.
Even though you no longer own a car physically due to a transfer in ownership, the scrapping of your car or car theft, light vehicle tax will be imposed.
You have to officially report any changes of ownership by the end of March.
March is the highest season for filing taxes, so we recommend that you report it at your earliest convenience.
Note: To change the ownership, registration offices differ depending on the type of vehicles.

2. 保育園入園の仮受け付け
Tentative application for entering a Nursery School
Child Division
For people who back to work from maternity leave or childcare leave in the 2019
fiscal year, tentative application for entering a nursery is available.
If the child age under 3 as of April 1, 2019, application for after this May entrance will be available from Friday, February 1. Applicants should visit the Child Division directly.
3. 国民健康保険料の納め忘れはありませんか

National health insurance covers the most part of medical expenses and collected premium is the vital monetary resource for it.
This health insurance system is based on cooperative relationship among the member.
It is unfair to keep overdue premium payment for other payers and too much overdue payment makes the cause of difficulties to continue the system.
Please pay the insurance premium by the due date.
For insurance premium payment, account transfer is convenient. The application is available at any financial institutions in Toyokawa, such as a bank or a post office.
Bring your insurance premium bill or receipt, bankbook and INKAN to the financial institution.
