Expected day of move-in: Monday, April 1, 2019
Eligible applicants: Persons who fulfill the following conditions.
1) Persons who work or live in Toyokawa.
2) Persons who live or are planning to live together with its family in Toyokawa.
3) Persons who are facing financial difficulties to search for a house.
4) Persons who meet the income requirement.
5) Persons who have no overdue taxes, including installment payment of tax.
6) Persons who do not belong to any crime syndicates, so-called BORYOKUDAN.
7) For 3DK housing, the residents have to be a family of 2 persons or more.
8) For 4DK housing, the residents have to be a family of 4 persons or more.
9) For Welfare Quota, aged household, household with a disabled person, single parent household, child-rearing household and so on.
Application: January 7 ? January 21, 2019
Bring the designated application form and Individual Number Card of all the family members or Notification Card with Residence Card to the Building Division directly.
The application form is available at the Building Division. You can also download from City website.
Lottery: Tuesday, January 29, 2019 from 10:00am at No. 34 meeting room (Main Bldg).
Others: 2 guarantors and the deposit of 3-month rent are required.

Health Center.
2. Date, Time, Place: Saturday, January 26 9:30 am ? 11:00am, 1:30pm ? 3:00pm at Health Center
Eligibility: The following persons who have not had medical checkup in 2018 fiscal year.
1. Person aged between 15 and 39 who has no chance of medical check-up at school/work place.
2. Persons aged 40 and over who join the National Health Insurance.
3. Persons who join the Latter-stage Medical Care System for the Elderly, who did not take a Specific Medical Examination in fiscal 2018.
Necessary items to bring: National Health Insurance Card, checkup coupon Application: At the venue on the day
Other: In the case of more than 100 applicants, some persons may not be able to have the checkup.

Bank account transfer is available for the National Pension Premium payments
Insurance and Pension Division
If you pay the national pension premiums by bank account transfer in advance, you can get more discount than paying by cash.
If you will use the bank account transfer from 2019 fiscal year continuously you need to apply it by Thursday, February 28, 2019.
Bring your National Pension Premium bill, bank book and INKAN and apply at your bank.
7.小学校就学通知・入学説明会
School Attendance Notification and Enrollment Seminar for new Elementary School Students
School Education Division
School Attendance Notification:
The Notification will be mailed to the parents of new student. Fill in the notification and submit it directly to the school where your child will go to by Thursday, 28 February, 2019.
In the case of moving or change the elementary school, please inform it to the School Education Division in advance.
The city will provide the new notification when you complete and notify the moving at the Child Rearing Support Division or the School Education Division.
Enrollment seminar for new students:
The enrollment seminar will be held at each elementary school on Thursday, February 7, 2019 in the afternoon. The detail will be mailed by the end of January.
