At the Toyokawa City Disaster Prevention Center, there are exhibits that allow you to “see, learn, and prepare” for disaster prevention.
In the Disaster Prevention Awareness Room, you can experience an earthquake using VR and even make slippers out of newspaper.
Anyone who visits the Disaster Prevention Center during the summer holidays will be given a pack of disaster prevention wet tissues (20 sheets).
The center will be open during the Obon holidays, so please come and take measures to avoid heatstroke.

豊川市防災センターでは、防災について「見て、学んで、備える」ための展示物があります。防災啓発室では、VRによる地震体験や新聞紙スリッパなども作ることができます。
夏休み期間中に防災センターを見学された方には、防災用ウェットティッシュ(20枚入)をお渡ししております。お盆期間中も開館しますので、熱中症対策も兼ねてお越しください。
