8.HPVワクチン接種
Vaccination for HPV (Human Papillomavirus)

Since there is no causal relation between the vaccination and the reported
various symptoms after taking vaccination, and having obtained plenty of
knowledge regarding its effect and safety, recommending the vaccination was
resumed in the fiscal year 2022. After free vaccination period, charge will occur
(About 100,000 yen).
Eligibility for vaccination: Girls in elementary school 6th grade to high school
1st year (Periodical vaccination) Girls born between April 2, 1997 and April 1,
2008 (Catchup vaccination ※)
Vaccination frequency: 3 times (Twice depending on the age or the type of
vaccine)
Fee: Free of charge
Others: To complete 3-time vaccination within free vaccination period for
person in high school 1st year and for person , 1st vaccination needs to
be taken by September 30 (Mon.).)
※Catchup vaccination is preventive vaccination for those who have missed the
opportunities due to refraining from recommending vaccination for HPV. This
system is implemented until March 31 (Mon.) 2025.
9.地域巡回健診(春健診)

Eligibility: Person born between April 1, 1985 and April 1, 2009 who has no
chance of medical checkup at school or workplace / Insured person of the
National Health Insurance or the Late-Stage Medical Care System for the Elderly
who has a medical coupon / Person whose household is on welfare
Content: Medical consultation, blood pressure, physical examination (Measuring
height and weight), urine and blood examination, tuberculosis and lung cancer
screening. (Thoracic X-ray examination. Sputum examination (phlegm test) may
be conducted when necessary).
Fee: Free of charge. However, in case of taking the same examination in the
fiscal year again, the person may be requested to pay the whole expense.
Capacity: 60 persons (65 persons at Health Center, Mito Fukushi Hoken Center,
Kozakai Kifukan, and Ikamaikan)
Application: From May 16 (Thu.), on city website (First come, first served.).
Applications are also accepted at the venue on the checkup day.
Reception hour on the physical checkup day: 【In the morning】9:15 am -
10:00 am (9:00 am 9:15 am for person who applied on city website) 【In the
afternoon】1:45 pm 2:45 pm (1:30 pm 1:45 pm for person who applied on
city website)
