7.地域巡回健診(秋健診)
Regional Physical Checkup (in autumn)
Health Center (Hoken Center)
Period/Venue: See City HP or contact Health Center (Hoken Center).
Eligibility:
1. Person born between April 1, 1984 and April 1, 2008 who has no chance of
medical checkup at school/work place.
2. Insured person of the National Health Insurance or the late-stage medical care system for the elderly who has a medical coupon.
3.Person whose household is on welfare.
Content:
Medical consultation, blood pressure, physical examination (Measuring height
and weight), urine and blood examination, tuberculosis examination and lung
cancer screening (Thoracic X-ray examination. Sputum examination (phlegm
test) may be conducted when necessary).
Fee: Free of charge. However, in case of taking the same examination in the
fiscal year again, the person may be requested to pay the whole expense.
Capacity: 60 persons (65 persons at Hoken Center, Mito Fukushi Hoken Center,
Kozakai Kifukan, and Ikamaikan)
Application: From September 7 (Thu.), on City HP (First come, first served.).
Applications are also accepted at the venue on the checkup day.
Reception hour on the day: 1:30 pm ? 1:45 pm for those who applied on City
HP. 1:45 pm ? 2:45 pm for those who apply at the venue on the day
Others: On October 10 (Tue.) and November 21 (Tue.) from 10:30 am, physical
checkup is implemented at Health Center with childcare service for 1 year old to
preschool child (First 10 persons). For those who desire, applications are
accepted on City HP or by phone (Tel: ) from September 8 (Fri.).
8.高齢者インフルエンザ予防接種
Vaccination against influenza for the elderly
Health Center (Hoken Center)
Period: From October 1, 2023 to January 31, 2024
Eligibility: Person aged 65 or older, and person aged 60-64 who has Physically
Disabled Person’s Handbook (Shintai Shogaisha Techo) Level 1 (Cardiac, renal,
respiratory, or immunity disorder due to HIV)
Expense: 1,500 yen (Free of charge for household on welfare and household
exempted with resident tax)
Application: Medical questionnaire sheet will be sent to eligible person in the
end of September. Those who wish to take vaccination are requested to make a
reservation directly to commissioned medical institutions written on the backside
of medical questionnaire sheet.
