Special Life-support Allowance for child rearing household
Child Rearing Support Division (Kosodate Shien Ka)
Special allowance is paid to child rearing household under the influence of rising
price of things.
Eligibility: Household raising a child under 18 years old as of March 31, 2023
who meets any of the followings.
■Single parent household
?Receives Child Rearing Allowance (Jido Fuyo Teate) in March 2023. ?Does not
receive Jido Fuyo Teate in March 2023 due to receiving public pension etc. ?Its
income decreased to the level which is eligible for Child Rearing Allowance (Jido
Fuyo Teate) under the influence of rising price of things.
■Household other than single parent household
?Received Special Life-support Allowance for child rearing household (Other than
single parent household) in the fiscal year 2022. ?Its income decreased to the
level which is eligible for resident tax exemption (Including household raising a
child who was born by February 29 (Thu.), 2024).
Sum of the allowance: 50,000 yen per eligible child
Application: Household ??? needs to apply. By February 29 (Thu.), 2024
(Postmark on this date is valid.). Attach necessary documents to the application
form and bring them directly or send by postal mail to Child Rearing Support
Division (〒442-8601 Toyokawa Shi, Suwa 1 Chome 1). Application form is
available at Child Rearing Support Division.
4.児童手当を支払います
Child Allowance, Jido Teate, will be paid
Child Rearing Support Division (Kosodate Shien Ka)
The payment of Child Allowance in June will be transferred into the designated
bank account on June 7 (Wed.). The payment of this month is for February to
May. The notification will not be sent individually. Please check it with your
bankbook etc.
5.就学に向けての教育相談
Educational counseling for preschool child with developmental problems
School Education Division (Gakko Kyoiku Ka)
For children entering elementary school in April, 2024 who have or might have
developmental problems and the guardians, Toyokawa city provides educational
counseling. The counselor has sufficient experience of the education field. If you
have any concerns, please make use of the counseling service.
6.市遺児の育成をはかる手当を支払います
Allowance for bringing up orphans is paid
Child Rearing Support Division (Kosodate Shien Ka)
The allowance for bringing up orphans will be paid to the designated bank account
on June 15 (Thu.) for May to June payment. The notification will not be sent
individually. Please check it with your bank book etc.
