The reports of child abuse to child consultation centers are increasing year by
year nationwide and unfortunate incidents are continuously occurring. When you
see a child who might receive abusing, please do NOT hesitate to contact the
following offices.

6.豊川市まちなか居住補助金
Application for residence subsidy in Toyokawa (Machinaka Kyoju
Hojokin)
Urban Development Division (Toshi Keikaku Ka)
Eligibility: Person who purchased a house on January 2, 2017 or later in the
area designated by Toyokawa city and had lived in other municipalities for more
than 5 consecutive years before moving in Toyokawa, or person who owned a
house in the foreseen disaster area in Toyokawa and had lived there until moving
out.
Content of the subsidy: ?Sum which is equivalent to that of real estate tax
(For 3 year’s amount maximum after purchasing the eligible house) ?100,000
yen subsidy (Only once) for eligible household’s respective person of junior high
school age or younger
Application: By February 29 (Thu.), 2024 (Postmark on this date is valid.). Bring
application form directly or send it by postal mail to Urban Development Division
(North Bldg. 3F). Application form is available at the division (Can be downloaded
from City HP.).

7.地域巡回健診(春健診)
Regional Physical Checkup (Spring Term)
Health Center (Hoken Center)
Please see City HP or contact Health Center for further information such as date
& place.
Eligibility:
・Person born between April 1, 1984 and April 1, 2008 who has no chance of
medical checkup at school/workplace
・Insured person of the National Health Insurance or the Late-Stage Medical Care
System for the Elderly who has a medical coupon
・Person whose household is on welfare
Content:
Medical consultation, blood pressure, physical examination (Measuring height
and weight), urine and blood examination, tuberculosis and lung cancer
screening. (Thoracic X-ray examination. Sputum examination (phlegm test) may
be conducted when necessary.)
Fee: Free of charge. However, in case of taking the same examination in the
fiscal year again, the person may be requested to pay the whole expense.
Capacity: 60 persons (65 persons at Health Center, Mito Fukushi Hoken Center,
Kozakai Kifukan, and Ikamaikan)
Application: From May 15 (Mon.), on City HP (First come, first served.).
Applications can be accepted at the venue on the checkup day.
Reception hour on the physical checkup day: Person who applied on City HP
(1:30 pm ? 1:45 pm), person who applies at the venue on the day (1:45 pm ?
2:45 pm)
