Information of COVID-19
■Period of free vaccination for COVID-19 is prolonged
Although implementation of vaccination for COVID-19 was until March 31
(Fri.), vaccination for infant・baby will be implemented continuously for the
time being. For person aged 12 or older, implementation period will be
prolonged. Concrete schedule and so on will be updated on City HP etc. as
soon as determined.
■To person who has not taken vaccination for variant Omicron and
doesn not have coupon at hand.
If the person without vaccination for variant Omicron had taken previous
vaccination in another municipality and moved in Toyokawa city, or lost
vaccination tickets, it is necessary to take procedures. Those who wish to
take vaccination are asked to contact Toyokawa City Novel Corona Vaccine
Call Center.

Toyokawa City Childbirth・Child Rearing Support Project
Health Center (Hoken Center)
Toyokawa city implements “Childbirth・Child Rearing Support Project” from
January 2023. This project is aimed for implementation of unified programs
(“Accompanying Type Consultative Support” from pregnancy to child rearing
period, and “Financial Support” to reduce the burden of expense for childbirth
and child rearing).
【Accompanying Type Consultative Support】
Public health nurse, midwife, and nurse etc. provide continuous consultative
support from pregnancy to child rearing period. The person is guided to the
necessary support course by the interview written below.
? Pregnant woman has an interview at the point of maternity passbook issuance
? (Pregnancy notification).
? Questionnaire is given to the person in ca. 8th month of pregnancy, and
? interview is held for those who desire.
? Interview is held by visiting staff with the person raising child.
※Person who had childbirth or submitted pregnancy notification on April 1, 2022
and after is also eligible. Notification is respectively mailed.

Child Rearing Support Division (Kosodate Shien Ka)
Childcare Allowance, Jido Fuyo Teate, will be transferred to the designated bank
account on Friday, March 10. This time of the payment is for 2 months (January
and February). The payment is NOT notified individually. Please check it with your
bankbook etc.
