For counter measures to infectious disease such as COVID-19 and Influenza, in
case of visiting Holiday and Night Sudden Illness Clinic, please call the clinic
before visiting regardless of the condition. Also, to avoid close contact in waiting
room, you are requested to stay in respective cars until your turn. When it is
your turn, there will be a call, so please have cellular phone or smartphone to
get informed. If you do not come by car or do not have mobile phone, please
consult with the clinic when you make an appointment.

Traffic regulation around Toyokawa Inari
Toyokawa City Police Department (Toyokawa Keisatsu Sho)
Toyokawa City Police Department will conduct traffic regulation around
Toyokawa Inari during the Year-End and New Year Holidays. Their responsibility
is to keep safety for visitors and pilgrims who visit Toyokawa Inari and relieve
traffic congestion.

National Health Insurance premium and other premiums can be
deducted from your income

Elder Care and Nursing Division (Kaigo Korei Ka)
The following premiums are subject to deduction of Social Insurance Premium
in the return of municipal and prefectural taxes or final return of Income Tax
and Special Income Tax for Reconstruction.
Premiums of National Health Insurance, Late-stage Medical Care Insurance for
the Elderly, Long-Term Care Insurance, and National Pension Plan paid by
December 31, 2022 from January 1, 2022.
Please confirm it with the receipt of the premiums etc. and apply.
■ National Health Insurance premium, Late-stage Medical Care Insurance for
the Elderly premium, Long-term Care Insurance premium
All insurance premiums are added up on a mailing card for the notification of
the paid amount of ordinary collection, then will be mailed to you at the end of
January 2023. (The ordinary collection is paid with payment slip or payment by
account transfer.) About special collection, please check withholding tax slip,
Gensen Choshu Hyo (Special collection is paid by pension deduction.).
■ National Pension Plan premium
The certificate of deduction for a social insurance premium (National Pension
Plan premium) will be mailed to you from Japan Pension Service. When you
apply for final return, you need the certificate of deduction.

making a reservation may be difficult at the end of the period, try to take
medical checkup at your earliest convenience.
