Application for municipal housing, Shiei-Jutaku
Building Division (Kenchiku Ka)
Expected day of move-in: Sunday, January 1, 2023
Eligible applicants: Persons who fulfill the following conditions.
1) Persons who work or live in Toyokawa.
2) Persons who live or are planning to live together with its family in Toyokawa.
3) Persons who are obviously facing financial difficulties to search for a house.
4) Persons who meet the income requirement.
5) Persons who do not belong to any crime syndicates, so-called Boryokudan.
6) For 3DK housing, the residents have to be a family of 2 persons or more (Also
7) available for single person in some cases.)
8) For 4DK housing, the residents have to be a family of 4 persons or more.
9) For Welfare Quota, aged household, household with a disabled person, single
parent household, child-rearing household and so on.
Application: October 3 to October 13, 2022
Bring the designated application to the Building Division directly (North Bldg. 4F).
The application form is available at the Building Division (It can be downloaded
from City HP.).
Lottery: Thursday, October 20, 2022 from 10:00 am at No.34 meeting room
(Main Bldg. 3F).
Others: 1 guarantor and the deposit of 3-month rent are required at the time of
contract.

4.令和5年度児童クラブ入所申込の受付
Acceptance of application for Jido Club of 2023 school year
Child Rearing Support Division (Kosodate Shien Ka)
Service hours: Monday to Friday, from after school to 6:00 pm, however, if
school is off, the service hours start from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
The time will be extended until 7:00 pm depending on guardian’s working hours.
Closed days: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays in April and May, Obon
Holiday and the Year-End and New Year holiday.
Eligible children: Elementary school students who go to elementary school in
Toyokawa and whose guardian is not at home to take care of the child during
daytime (Excluding children who go to Ichinomiya Seibu, Mito Nanbu, Kozakai
Higashi, and Kozakai Nishi Elementary School.).
Fees: 7,500 yen/month (13,000 yen in August). 1,000 yen will be added per
month, for the extended hours until 7:00 pm. There is reduction in case of
admission with brothers and sisters.
Application: From November 7 to November 16, during office hours (8:30 am-
5:15 pm) Also on Sunday, November 13, from 9:00 am to noon. Fill in the
designated application form and submit it to Child Rearing Support Division
directly (Main Bldg. 1F). Application form is available at Child Rearing Support
Division and each Jido Club (It can be downloaded from City HP.).
Others: Child who is currently a member also needs to apply. There can be some
change with service hours, closed days, and fees etc. For children who are
students of Ichinomiya Seibu, Mito Nanbu, Kozakai Higashi, and Kozakai Nishi
Elementary School, please contact directly respective Jido Clubs which are
managed by Guardian’s Association, Hogoshakai.
5.児童手当、市遺児の育成をはかる手当を支払います
Child Allowance and allowance for bringing up city orphans will be paid
Child Rearing Support Division (Kosodate Shien Ka)
October payment quota is transferred to designated bank account on Friday,
October 7 for Child Allowance (Jido Teate) and on Friday, October 14 for
allowance for bringing up city orphans. The notice is not informed individually.
Please check it with your bankbook etc.
