Information of COVID-19
Vaccination against variant Omicron is implemented.
Vaccination against variant Omicron which is the major infectious cause
since 6th infectious wave is likely to start from the middle of October.
Since this vaccine is expected to have effect to prevent severity of illness,
the elderly etc. who are considered to have higher possiblities to get
seriously ill will be eligible. In addition, all persons who took both 1st and
2nd vaccination may be eligible including medical personnel who are added
to eligibility for 4th vaccination. For details such as schedule of mailing
vaccination tickets and vaccination starting period, confirm the latest
information on City HP.

Toyokawa city Kogitsune Kyoshitsu is a Japanese class for child with its roots in
other countries who has insufficient Japanese knowledge. Kogitsune Kyoshitsu
holds parent-child preschool for child becoming elementary school 1st grader from
April, 2023 and its guardian. It is a class in which child without any Japanese
knowledge will learn in parent-child unit and prepare for enrollment in elementary
school.
Period: 1st term: Thursdays from October to December (October 6 ? December
15, 10 times in total). Latter term: Thursdays from January to March (January
12 ? March 23, 10 times in total)
*Closed on public holidays
Place: Kogitsune Kyoshitsu (Toyokawa Shi, Suwa 3 Chome 300 Banchi, Prio Bldg.

Eligibility: Preschool child who is to enroll in elementary school within 6 months
and its guardian in Toyokawa
Capacity: 8 couples for respective terms (Frist come, first served.)
Where to apply: Toyokawa City Hall North Bldg. 2F, International and Civic
Activity Division (Bring child’s Residence Card (Zairyu Card)).
Fee: Free of charge (940 yen is necessary for insurance.)
Others: Guardian’s company is required. Guardian is asked to do drop-off and
pick-up.

Child Rearing Allowance, Jido Fuyo Teate is paid
Child Rearing Support Division (Kosodate Shien Ka)
Child Rearing Allowance, Jido Fuyo Teate, will be paid to the designated bank
account on Friday, September 9. This time, the payment of the allowance is for
2 months (July and August). The notice is not informed individually. Please check
it with your bankbook etc.
4. 障害福祉各手当の所得状況届
A Report of Annual Income (Shotoku Jokyo Todoke) for welfare
allowances
Social Welfare Division (Fukushi Ka)
Disabled persons who receive following allowance need to submit present
condition form of annual income, Shotoku Jokyo Todoke. Tokubetsu Shogaisha
Teate, Shogaiji Fukushi Teate, Keikateki Fukushi Teate, and Tokubetsu Jido Fuyo
Teate. If submission has not been done yet, please submit a report of annual
income (Shotoku Jokyo Todoke) by Monday, September 12 to the Social Welfare
Division.
