National Health Insurance certification will be renewed
Insurance and Pension Division (Hoken Nenkin Ka)
National Health Insurance certification will be renewed from September 1. Its
validated date is August 31, 2024.
If a person becomes 75 years old before the validated date, the day before its
birthday will be the validated date to the person.
New insurance certification will be mailed to each household in the beginning of
August by recorded delivery. Please bring your old insurance certification to
Insurance and Pension Division (Main Bldg. 1F), branch offices, or Prio Service
Center from September 1, 2022 or cut it up for not to leak personal information.
8.育児休業明け保育所等入所予約制度
Reservation system for admission to nursery school etc. after parental
leave
Nursery School Administration Division (Hoiku Ka)
Guardians after parental leave can make reservation for admission to nursery
schools (Hoiku-en) etc. scheduled from May, 2023 and after.
Requirements: It is necessary to meet all the following 4 conditions.
1. The child has been given birth as of September 30, 2022.
2. The child is for 0 to 2 year old class.
3. The guardian has appropriate reason of nursery necessity due to going back
4. to previous occupation after parental leave.
5. The guardian itself after parental leave is joining social insurance.
Capacity: about 40 people
Application: From October 3 to October 14. Please bring application form etc.
directly to Nursery School Administration Division (Main Bldg. 1F). If application
number surpasses capacity, guardian’s employment content is taken into
consideration for selection.

Premium Gift Certificates are on sale
Commerce, Industry and Tourism Division (Shoko Kanko Ka)
To reduce the burden of household’s finance and to support business in Toyokawa,
Premium Gift Certificates with 30 % premium which can be used at handling
stores in Toyokawa will be on sale by lottery.
Utility Period: From October 1, 2022 to February 28, 2023
Content: A book of 13 gift certificates of 1000 yen (3 certificates “For Common
Use” which can be used at all the handling stores, 5 certificates “For Ordinary
Stores” which can be used at ordinary stores except large stores, and 5
certificates “For Cheering Local Stores” which can be used at local stores.)
Eligibility: Person living in Toyokawa
Amount of Gift Certificates: 60,000 sets (Up to 2 sets per person)
Expense: 10,000 yen (13,000 yen at face value)
Application: From August 1 to August 25 (The one postmarked on this date is
acceptable.), accepted on the HP of Toyokawa Chamber of Commerce and
Industry or by post mail. In case of post mail, write on a postcard ?postal code・
address ?name (with Furigana) ?phone number ?number of gift certificates
set and send it to Toyokawa Chamber of Commerce and Industry Premium Gift
Certificate Desk (〒442-8540 Toyokawa Cho Hedori 4 Chome 4). 1 application
per person is permitted. If applicants live in the same address, 1 postcard will do
for more than 2 applications (Write desired number of gift certificates set
respectively in this case.).
Others: If application number surpasses prepared gift certificates, lottery is held.
In the beginning of September, notifications with explanations about exchanging
method etc. will be sent to only winners of the lottery. For details, see HP of
