Child Rearing Allowance, Jido Fuyo Teate, will be paid
Child Rearing Support Division (Kosodate Shien Ka)
Child Rearing Allowance, Jido Fuyo Teate, will be transferred to the designated
bank account on Monday, July 11, 2022. The payment of this time is for 2 months
(May and June). The payment is NOT announced individually. Please check it
with your bankbook etc.
5.住民税非課税世帯などに対する臨時特別給付金
Temporary Special Allowance for resident tax exempted household etc.
Toyokawa City Temporary Special Allowance Call Center
Special Allowance is paid to resident tax exempted household etc. under the
influence caused by COVID-19.
Eligibility: Household which meets any of the following conditions. However, a
household which has already received Temporary Special Allowance for resident
tax exempted household is not eligible.
? Which is registered on Basic Resident Register of Toyokawa city as of
December 10, 2021, and all the household members are exempted with
resident tax (Per capita rate) in the fiscal year 2021 (Except household
consisting of only dependents of the person who is imposed with resident tax).
? Which is registered on Basic Resident Register of Toyokawa city as of June 1,
2022, and all the household members are exempted with resident tax (Per
capita rate) in the fiscal year 2022 (Except household consisting of only
dependents of the person who is imposed with resident tax).
? Which is registered on Basic Resident Register of Toyokawa city at the point
of application, whose finance is facing drastic change due to the influence
caused by COVID 19 and all the household member’s prospective annual
income of 2022 is equivalent to the level or below which is eligible for resident
tax (Per capita rate) exemption.
Sum of payment: 100,000 yen per household
Application: Households ? and ? need to apply. For application method, see
City HP. Household ? is requested to fill out confirmation documents which are
sequentially mailed, and return it in enclosed reply envelope. Application period
is within 3 months from the issuance date of the confirmation document. In case
that the household whose member moved in Toyokawa city on December 11,
2021 and after needs to apply.
Others: Household ? which has not yet received the payment is requested to
apply at the earliest convenience. For details of application period and necessary

6.国民年金保険料の免除
Exemption of National Pension Premium
Insurance and Pension Division (Hoken Nenkin Ka)
Application for the exemption of National Pension Premium starts on Friday, July
1. For filing this exemption, previous year’s income of the applicant, its partner,
and householder is examined. Bring documents which indicate pension number
(Pension handbook Nenkin Techo etc.) to the Insurance and Pension Division
(Main Bldg. 1F) or Branch Offices and file it.
Person who left its job on December 31, 2020 and after, needs to bring leave-
notice for the payment of employment insurance benefits (Koyou Hoken
Hihokensha Rishoku Hyo) or the recipient qualification of employment insurance
(Koyou Hoken Jukyu Shikakusha Shou) to file it.

Mom is also 1 year old!Birthday Gathering!
Toyokawa Kosodate Shien Center (Toyokawa Child Rearing Support Center)
Toyokawa Kosodate Shien Center holds monthly program “ 1 year old birthday
gathering” for child becoming 1 year old in the month and its mom livinig in
Toyokawa. Let’s celebrate the child’s frist birthday with mom and friends by
singing and finger plays. Foot prints are taken as a memory of the child’s 1 year
old birhtday. Application is necessary for joining the gathering. Leaflet for further
information is available at information counter in front of Kosodate Shien Center.
