About Group Vaccination of 4th vaccination (Limited for persons
aged 60 and older etc.)
Reservation starting date: July 1 (Fri.) at 9:00 am
Vaccination starting date: July 9 (Sat.)
Eligibility: Person registered on Basic Resident Register of Toyokawa city
whose post 3rd vaccination period is over 5 months, meeting any of the
folowings.
? Aged 60 and older ? Aged 18 – 59 with underlying disease etc.
Venue: Shimin Plaza (Prio? 4F)
Type of vaccine: Takeda / Moderna
Reservation: On City HP or by phone (Toyokawa City Novel Corona
Vaccine Call Center). For details such as schedule etc., see the leaflet
enclosed with coupon or City HP.
Others: The shcedule will be same as that of Group Vaccination of 3rd
vaccination. Those who wish to take vaccination at medical institutions (of
family doctor etc.), directly contact respective medical institutions.

Application for Municipal Housing, Shiei Jutaku
Building Division (Kenchiku Ka)
Expected day of move-in: Saturday, October 1, 2022
Eligible applicants: Persons who fulfill the following conditions.
1) Persons who work or live in Toyokawa.
2) Persons who live or are planning to live together with its family in Toyokawa.
3) Persons who are obviously facing financial difficulties to search for a house.
4) Persons who meet the income requirement.
5) Persons who do not belong to any crime syndicates, so-called Boryokudan.
6) For 3DK housing, the residents have to be a family of 2 persons or more (Also
available for single person in some cases.)
7) For 4DK housing, the residents have to be a family of 4 persons or more.
8) For Welfare Quota, aged household, household with a disabled person, single
parent household, child-rearing household and so on.
Application: July 1 to July 14, 2022
Bring the designated application to the Building Division directly (North Bldg. 4F).
The application form is available at the Building Division.
Lottery: Wednesday, July 20, 2022 from 10:00 am at No.34 meeting room (Main
Bldg. 3F).
Others: 1 guarantor and the deposit of 3-month rent are required at the time of
contract.

Reduction in Medical Expenses
Insurance and Pension Division (Hoken Nenkin Ka)
When you spend high medical expenses in a month, you can get the reduction
and your maximum payment amount is up to the ceiling amount of self-borne
expense by showing certificate of the ceiling amount regarding self-borne medical
expenses (Gendogaku Tekiyou Ninteishou). If the household (All members
including householder) is exempted with resident tax, the meals expenses of the
hospitalized period is also reduced.
For filing for this system, send the application form by post with a copy of National
Health Insurance Certification to Insurance and Pension Division. Application form
can be downloaded from City HP. You can also bring your National Health
Insurance Certification and documents which indicate the individual number to
the Insurance and Pension Division (Main Bldg. 1F). Branch offices are also
available.
