Toyokawa City Novel Corona Vaccine Call Center

Hour: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Including weekend and holiday)
※Aside from Japanese, corresponding languages are English (Monday – Friday),
Chinese (Thursday), and Portuguese (Friday).
Vaccination starts for infants (5?11 years old).
Coupons for vaccination are sent to persons aged between 5 and 11 years
on March 1 (Tue.), 2022. Vaccination for infants (5-11 years old) with
vaccine of Pfizer starts from March. Please make a reservation with coupon
at your hand. Vaccination for infants is principally Group Vaccination, but
there are cases for Individual Vaccination for infants with underlying
disease etc. Please consult your family doctor. For available medical
institutions, check website of Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare “Corona
Vaccine Navigation” or contact Novel Corona Vaccine Call Center.

Reservation starting date: March 4 (Fri.) at 9:00 am
Vaccination starting date: From March 13 (Sun.), principally on Saturday and
Sunday
Venue: Health Center (Hoken Center)
Reservation: Reservations are accepted on City HP or on the phone (Toyokawa
City Novel Corona Vaccine Call Center). For details such as schedule etc., please
check the leaflet enclosed with coupon or City HP.
Others: Schedule and venue are subject to change depending on vaccine supply
condition. Please see City HP for the latest information concerning vaccine.

When you need a certificate on weekend or national holiday, Prio Service Center,
5F Prio Bldg., is available. Please feel free to use the service.
Office hour: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
(Except Prio’s closed days, extra holidays and the Year-End and New Year
Holidays)
Content of the service:
1) Certificate issuance (Resident Certification 〈Jyumin Hyo〉, Seal Registration
2) Certification 〈Inkan Toroku Shomeisho〉, Tax Payment Certification〈Nozei
3) Shomeisho〉 etc.)
2) Payment of resident tax, real estate tax, National Health Insurance premium
and the Late-stage Medical Care Insurance for the Elderly premium etc.
3) Payment of the fee for nursery school, after school Jido Club
4) Payment of rent for Municipal Housing (Shiei Jutaku)
5) Payment of water service fee
6) Vending Bulky Garbage Sticker etc.

Child Rearing Support Division
Childcare Allowance, Jido Fuyo Teate, will be transferred to the designated bank
account on Friday, March 11. This time of the payment is for 2 months (January
and February). The payment is NOT notified individually. Please check it with your
bankbook etc.

School briefing session for infants with developmental disorder in the
2023 school year
School Education Division
When: Friday, April 22 9:30 am to 11:00 am
Place: Mito Bunka Kaikan
Content: This school briefing session will be conducted for the infants who have
or might have developmental disorder.
Lecturer: Teachers of Toyokawa Special Needs School etc.
Eligibility: Guardians, of 4- or 5-year-old child
Application: On the day at the venue
