Aichi Prefecture conducts Large scale Vaccination which does not require the reservation, the schedule and details are as follows;
Eligibility: Person who lives, works or goes to school/university in Aichi Prefecture (* Age from 12 years until 15 years old should be accompanied by its gurdian.)
Place of Vaccination: Toyohashi Central Venue (Higashi Mikawa Sogo Chosha (Toyohashi shi, Haccho Dori 5-4))
Period: Friday, October 8 until Thursday, October 28 (If this is the 1st Vaccination, 2nd Vaccination is conducted on the same day and hour 4 weeks after the 1st vaccination.)
Type of Vaccine: Vaccine Manufactured by Takeda/Moderna
Reception time: 4:00pm until 6:00pm
Things to bring on the day: Vaccination coupon (without the coupon, you will not be vaccinated), ID (e.g. Residence Card, My Number Card, Driver’s License, Health Insurance Card etc.)
Others: The reception time is set to avoid crowds, because there will be people who make a reservation. So, the afore-mentioned reception time is only for non-reservation vaccinator.
Other points of concern: Please be notified that you will not get vaccination, if you come to the place earlier than the reception time (4:00 pm ? 6:00 pm).
The person who made reservation is prioritized, therefore, the person who has no reservation will be asked to wait.
