The Nagareyama city Health Center sends you this message.
Dear Citizen,
Nagareyama city will be available to confirm of vaccination to all residents 64 under from 2nd Aug in time.
【Vaccination schedule for Nagareyama city】
Those aged 50-64
Appointments can be made beginning Mon, 2nd Aug, 8:30am.
Vaccination rollout 3rd Aug.
Those aged 40-49
Appointments can be made beginning Thu, 5th Aug, 8:30am.
Vaccination rollout 6th Aug.
Those aged 30-39
Appointments can be made beginning Tue, 10th Aug, 8:30am.
Vaccination rollout 11th Aug.
Those aged 29-12
Appointments can be made beginning Mon, 16th Aug,8:30am.
Vaccination rollout 17th Aug.
【Group Vaccinations(Open Mon to Sat)】
・Toyo Gakuen Univ. building number 3 cafeteria.
・Nagareyama city Waterworks Bureau.
・Chiba pref. Continuing Education College Higashikatsushika campus. (Next to North community center)
※It is NOT have any elevators, we can only use the stairs.
【Individual Vacinations】
Individual vaccination is able to make reservation until the end of Sep.
【Vaccination Process】
1 Confirm when you can be vaccinated.
Please confirm the order of your vaccination and wait until your turn comes.
2 Make a reservation and get the vaccine.
Make an appointment directly with a medical institution by internet, phone. When you make a reservation, please prepare your vaccination ticket. Voucher number written on vaccination ticket is required.
The booking for the first and second doses are processed separately.
・Book your second dose only after receiving the first.
・An interval of at least 3 weeks is required between the two doses.
Those 65 and older and those with underlying medical conditions are currently accepting appointments. If you want to take vaccination earlier, please call to call center.
