To reduce the burden of household’s finance and to support business in Toyokawa
under the influence caused by COVID-19, Premium Gift Certificates with 30 %
premium which can be used at handling stores in Toyokawa will be on sale by
lottery.
Utility Period: From October 1, 2021 to February 28, 2022
Content: A book of 13 gift certificates of 1000 yen (8 certificates “For Ordinary
Stores” which can be used at ordinary stores and restaurants, 3 certificates “For
Common Use” which can be used at all the handling stores, and 2 certificates
“For Restaurants” which are limited to the usage at restaurants)
Eligibility: Person living in Toyokawa
Amount of Gift Certificates: 60,000 sets (Up to 2 sets per person)
Expense: 10,000 yen (13,000 yen at face value)
Application: Between August 1 and August 25 (Must reach by August 25.),
accepted on the HP of Toyokawa City Chamber of Commerce and Industry or by
post mail. In case of post mail, write on a postcard ?zip code・address ?name
?phone number ?number of gift certificates set and send it to Toyokawa City
Chamber of Commerce and Industry Premium Gift Certificate Desk (〒442-8540
Address is not necessary.) One application per person is permitted.
Others: If application number surpasses prepared gift certificates, a lottery is
held. In the beginning of September, notifications with explanations about
exchanging method etc. will be sent to only winners of the lottery. Premium Gift
Certificates are not available for the payment of public utility charges and
discount-ticket purchase. Handling stores and classification will be updated on
the HP of Toyokawa City Chamber of Commerce and Industry. About application
for gift certificates, lottery and registration for handling stores, contact Toyokawa
City Chamber of Commerce and Industry .
8.育児休業明け保育所等入所予約制度
Reservation system for admission to nursery school etc. after parental
leave
Nursery School Administration Division
Guardians after parental leave can make reservation for admission to nursery
schools (Hoiku-en) etc. scheduled after May, 2022.
Requirements: It is necessary to meet all the following 4 conditions.
1. The child has been given birth as of September 30, 2021.
2. The child is for 0 to 2 year old class.
3. The guardian has appropriate reason of nursery necessity due to going back
4. to previous occupation after parental leave.
5. The guardian itself after parental leave is joining social insurance.
Capacity: about 40 people
Application: From October 4 to 15. Please bring application form etc. directly to
Nursery School Administration Division (Main building 1F). If application number
surpasses capacity, guardian’s employment content is taken into consideration
for selection.

Periodic Vaccination against Pneumococcus for Elderly
Health Center (Hoken Center)
Period: Until Thursday, March 31, 2022
Eligibility:?Persons aged 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95 and 100 years in 2021 fiscal
year (At the point of March 13, 2022) who have never taken vaccination against
pneumococcus (PPSV23)(For persons with eligibility?, this fiscal year’s periodic
vaccination is the final occasion.). ?Persons aged between 60 and 64 years with
cardiac and renal disorder etc. who have Physically Disabled Person’s Handbook
Level 1
Expense: 2,000 yen (Free of charge for tax-exempted household)
Things to bring: Medical questionnaire sheet, things which indicate address etc.
(National Health Insurance Certification etc.)
Application: Medical questionnaire sheets are mailed to eligible persons. Those
who wish to take vaccination, call registered medical institutions written on the
enclosed leaflet and directly make a reservation.
Others: Periodic vaccination for persons aged 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95 and 100
years is implemented until 2023 fiscal year.
