※Aside from Japanese, corresponding languages are English (Monday – Friday),
Chinese (Thursday), and Portuguese (Friday).
Information of vaccination against COVID-19
※Although vaccination is conducted according to schedule, there might be
cases of changing and cancellation of reservation and vaccination date
depending on the vaccine supply condition. The latest information will be on
city HP. Reservations of vaccination for persons aged between 12 and 64 years
are accepted based on the age group.
Individual Vaccination
Reservation: Call respective medical institutions. Reservations are also
accepted on city HP. Some medical institutions accept reservations on their HP
as well.
Age・Start of reservation: 50 ? 64 years old=August 5 (Thu.), 40-49 years old
=August 12 (Thu.), 30-39 years old=August 19 (Thu.), 12-29 years old=
August 26 (Thu.)
Start of vaccination: From August 17 (Tue.) sequentially.
Group Vaccination
Place: Shimin Plaza (Prio ? 4F)
Reservation: On city HP or by phone to Novel Corona Vaccine Call Center
Age・Start of reservation: 50-64 years old=August 9 (Mon.), 40-49 years old=
August 16 (Mon.), 30-39 years old=August 23 (Mon.), 12-29 years old=
August 30 (Mon.)
Start of vaccination: From August 18 (Wed.) sequentially.
Hour・Day of vaccination: Wednesday, Thursday=2:00 pm-5:00 pm, Saturday
=2:00 pm-5:00 pm / 6:00 pm-8:00 pm, Sunday=10:30 am-12:30 pm / 2:00
pm-5:00 pm (Except holiday)
Family reservation is available for Group Vaccination.
In case of persons aged between 12 and 18 years in the family, the priority of
earliest turn for a member is considered to be eligible for all the family
members and reservations can be made in this criteria for a family unit.
Vaccination day is the same for all members.
Others: The latest information of the vaccine is on city HP.

Earthquake)
Disaster Prevention Division
To protect your own life from the shaking of earthquake, there will be an
announcement for about 1 minute on Sunday, September 5 around 8:30 am with
instructions “Get low.”, “Guard your head.” and “Stay still.”. Please follow the
instructions.
3. 児童福祉各種手当の現況届の提出
Submit the current status, GENKYO TODOKE, for child welfare
allowance
Child Rearing Support Division
Persons who receive the child rearing allowance, the prefectural orphan allowance
and the municipal orphan allowance, need to submit the current status, GENKYO
TODOKE etc. The notification will be sent at the beginning of August and the
application will be accepted until Tuesday, August 31 at Child Rearing Support
Division (Main Bldg. 1F). If you do NOT submit the current status, GENKYO
TODOKE, the allowance will NOT be paid from this November.
