Application for municipal housing, SHIEI-JUTAKU
Building Division
Date for move-in: Friday, October 1, 2021
Eligibility: Persons who fulfill the following conditions.
1) Persons who work or live in Toyokawa.
2) Persons who live or are planning to live together with their family in Toyokawa.
3) Persons who face difficulty or necessity to search for a house.
4) Persons whose income meet the standard prescribed by ordinance.
5) Persons who do not belong to any crime syndicates, so-called BORYOKUDAN.
6) 2DK housing is for a single person (Aged 60 years and older, or person with
disabilities), three (3) family members or fewer.
7) For 3DK housing, the residents have to be two (2) family members or more.
(Some rooms are available for a single person).
8) For 4DK housing, the residents have to be four (4) family members or more.
9) Within the scope of welfare is for elderly couple, a family with the disabled,
a single mother, a single father, and a family who has children.
Application: Between July 1 and July 14. Fill in the application form and submit
it to the Building Division (North Bldg. 4F). The application form is available at
the Building Division, or you can get it from Toyokawa City HP.
Lottery: At 10:00 am on Wednesday, July 21. At the No. 34 meeting room
(Main Bldg. 3F) in Toyokawa City Hall.
Other: For the contract, one guarantor and deposit of 3 month rent charge are
required.

4.子育て世帯生活支援特別給付金の受付
“Special Life-support Allowance for Child Rearing Household ”
Child Rearing Support Division
Special Allowance is paid for child rearing household (Excluding single parent
household) under the influence caused by COVID-19.
Eligibility: Household (Excluding single parent household) which raises child
younger than 18 years old at the point of March 31, 2021 and meets any of the
following conditions.
? Who is a recipient etc. of Child Allowance (Jido Teate) for April, 2021, and
? has exemption of resident tax in 2021 fiscal year. ?Who is a new recipient
? etc. of Child Allowance (Jido Teate) from May, 2021 to March, 2022, and has
? exemption of resident tax in 2021 fiscal year. ?Who has exemption of
? resident tax except for ? or ?. ?Whose income has decreased to the level
? which is eligible for resident tax exemption due to the influence caused by
? COVID-19.
Sum of payment: 50,000 yen per eligible child
Application: By Monday, February 28, 2022, as shown on the table below
(Envelope postmarked on this date is acceptable.). Bring directly or send by
post the application form with necessary documents to Child Rearing Support
Division (〒442-8601 Toyokawa Shi, Suwa 1 Chome, 1). Application form is
available at Child Rearing Support Division.

5.児童扶養手当を支払います
Child Rearing Allowance、JIDO FUYO TEATE, will be paid
Child Rearing Support Division
Child Rearing Allowance, JIDO FUYO TEATE, will be transferred to the designated
bank account on Friday, July 9, 2021. The payment of this time is for 2 months
(May and June). The payment is NOT announced individually. Please check it
with your bankbook etc.
6.国民健康保険料の軽減・減免制度
Reduction and Exemption for the National Health Insurance Premium
Insurance and Pension Division
For household with its total annual income is less than the certain level, the
national health insurance premium is reduced (Application is not necessary.).
For the judgement of reduction, filing income-tax return or filing municipal and
prefectural tax is required.
