Information of COVID-19
Vaccination against COVID-19 starts from April, 2021. Coupons (Vaccination tickets) etc.will
be mailed to residents sequentially according to priority as elderly first. Schedules etc. may
be changed depending on the vaccine supply condition.When dates and places of
vaccination are determined, there will be information on City HP, Toyokawa Newsletter
and so on.
Eligibility: Principally person who is registered in Basic Resident Register (Jyumin Kihon
Daicho) of Toyokawa city
Expense: Free of charge
Others: The vaccination is conducted twice with intervals. Please keep the coupon until the

Childcare Allowance、JIDO FUYO TEATE, will be paid
Child Rearing Support Division
Childcare Allowance, JIDO FUYO TEATE, will be transferred to the designated
bank account on Thursday, March 11. This time of the payment is for 2 months
(January and February). The payment is NOT notified individually. Please check
it with your bankbook etc.

Nursery school entry reservation for after child-care leave (Secondary
recruitment)
Nursing School Administration Division
The guardians after Child-care leave can make reservation for nursery school
(Hoikuen) after September 2021.
Eligibility: Person who fits all the requirements below
1.) Child who was born from October 1, 2020 to April 1, 2021
2.) Guardian who wants their child to enter nursery school from September 2021
to March 2022
3.) Guardian will go back to the same company, fits the reasons for requiring
childcare
4.) Guardian has social insurance.
Number of acceptance: About 10 people
Application: From April 12 to April 23, application is accepted at Nursery School
Administration Division (Main Bldg. 1F). In case of many applicants, there will be
examination over the content of guardian’s employment.

4.令和4年度の就学に向けての説明会
School briefing session for infants with developmental disorder in the
2022 school year
School Education Division
When: Friday, April 16 9:30 am to noon
Place: MITO BUNKA KAIKAN, Heartful Hall
Content: This school briefing session will be conducted for the infants who have
or might have developmental disorder.
Lecturer: Teachers of Toyokawa Special Support School etc.
Eligibility: Guardians, of 4- or 5-year-old child
Application: On the day at the venue
5.児童発達支援相談窓口が移転します
Consultation Counter for Child Development Support changes its location
Child Rearing Support Division
From March 1 (Mon.), Consultation Counter for Child Development Support
changes its location from Health Center (Hoken Center) to Mito Health and
Welfare Center (Mito Fukushi Hoken Center). The counter offers consultations for
child younger than 18 years old with developmental concerns, and its guardian
over the child’s developmental issue such as slow language development, always
playing alone etc. Information of available systems and services is distributed as
well. Please feel free to use the service.
Reception Hour: From Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (Except holidays)
Consultation Method: Please call Consultation Counter for Child Development
Support (Jido Hattatsu Shien Soudan Madoguchi ). Visiting is also
possible (Reservation is necessary.).
