system
Insurance and Pension Division
When you pay National Health Insurance Premium or the Late-Stage Medical Care
System for the Elderly, please use account transfer system for the payment.
It is available at any financial institutions in Toyokawa.
If you make payment by cash currently and willing to pay by account transfer,
please bring the notification, bankbook and INKAN registered of the bankbook to
the financial institution.

Started distributing App. of Garbage Separation tips called さんあ～る (3R)in English and Chinese version
Waste Management Division
In order to reduce the garbage and to promote the garbage separation properly,
Toyokawa City started distributing App. Called さんあ～る (3R) in English and
Chinese from April, 2020, in addition to Portugese version.
If you set up the area where you live, you will be informed the cancellation of
garbage collection caused by bad weather like storm etc., the calendar for the
collection of recyclable and garbage displayed on your terminal (tablet or
smartphone) and search the information on garbage separation in your area.
The person who has a smartphone or tablet is encouraged to use the App.
