Child Rearing Support Division (Kosodate Shien Ka)
Child Rearing Allowance, Jido Fuyo Teate, will be transferred to the designated
bank account on March 11 (Mon.). This time of the payment is for 2 months
(January and February). The payment is NOT notified individually. Please check
it with your bankbook etc.
5. 戸籍全部事項証明書等の広域交付を開始
Application for issuance of Family Register (complete record) etc. is
available to the further extent regarding where to apply
Civic Affairs Division (Shimin Ka)
From March 1, 2024, person without Honseki (permanent address) in Toyokawa
city can also apply for Koseki Zenbujiko Shomeisho (Certificate of Family Register
(complete record)) etc. at city hall counter. Certificates which can be issued are
Koseki Zenbujiko Shomeisho (Koseki Tohon) (Certificate of Family Register
(complete record)), and Joseki Zenbujiko Shomeisho (Jyoseki Tohon) (Certificate
of Removed Family Register (complete record)). For details such as eligible
person for application, contact Civic Affairs Division or confirm City HP.

When you need a certificate on weekend or national holiday, Prio Service Center,
5F Prio Bldg., is available. Please feel free to use the service.
Office hour: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (Except Prio’s day off, extra holidays, and the
Year-End and New Year Holidays)
Content of the service:
1) Certificate issuance (Resident Certification 〈Jyumin Hyo〉, Seal Registration
Certification 〈Inkan Toroku Shomeisho〉, Tax Certification〈Zei Shomeisho〉
etc.)
2) Payment of resident tax, real estate tax, National Health Insurance premium
and the Late-Stage Medical Care Insurance for the Elderly premium etc.
3) Payment of the fee for nursery school, after school Jido Club
4) Payment of rent for Municipal Housing (Shiei Jutaku)
5) Payment of water service fee・sewer use fee
6) Vending Bulky Garbage Sticker etc.
